The lady that had been there for 9 years is so nice and helpful! And the juice tastes way healthier than Jamba!

Fantastic service, very clean looking establishment. I ordered a pineapple power a large. Very tasty enjoyed the entire thing. Prices for fruit smoothies are reasonable the prices for the natural juices are or a bit high 8 to 10 dollars, which I look forward to trying again on my second visit I’m taking one star for the price which I believe is a bit inflated.

I get the same drink every single time so I can’t account for any others but the mahalo mango smoothie is always delicious. I can count a handful of times when my smoothie could have used a bit more blending, but all-​in-​all quite good. Parking in the shopping center can be a nightmare though…

This place is fantastic! The smoothies are so good I almost went by there for a 2^nd round. Now to get my nutribullet to make similar smoothies lol

Robeks itself is a pretty great company, and this location is easily the best I’ve been to. The staff are friendly and polite, and are happy to help you out if you want substitutions, etc or have questions.
The place itself is pretty small– it has maybe two chairs– but it’s clean and well maintained. Sometimes they’re a little short staffed. That said, a few times when I’ve walked in and there’s just been one person working, and 3 other customers, I’ve never had to wait long at all for my smoothie– which, by the way, is always made just right, and is incredibly delicious.
Five stars, I definitely will be back, and soon!

Love this place for their Tropi-​Kale smoothie! My fiancé loves their acai bowl and likes their acai smoothies. Wish there were more Robeks locations in Montgomery County.

Love this spot. The manager is awesome. She doesn’t remember my name but she does remember my favorite smoothies… and my wheatgrass. They should have an extra person on staff for the rushes at lunch because its slows… A lot. Otherwise the customer service and smoothies are awesome. Its cool that they work with small businesses and give them the opportunity to market in thier store. Overall, this place is cool. You gotta come by for some green. And health lol

Awesome smoothies they are pretty accomadating. The grass wheat shots are pretty cool/​unique. Some of the combos are good, so are soso. I like to add protein to mine. My favorites the slim berry. I bought the groupon so I’m committed to come a few more times and I’ll probably try different things next time. Most of the items are pricey, definitely not a place to budget spend on a drink. Then again starbucks charges $ 5/​frap so I guess its comparable considering its more healthy/​nutritious then starbucks.

The frozen yogurt which you concoct your self is amazing. Amazing texture. Service could be stepped up though.

I really like this place. I always order the Acai smoothies. They are very filling. I have yet to try the wheat grass shots…
This location also has the spinach and feta pretzels. Its basically a soft pretzel that is filled with spinach and feta. Both items make lovely afternoon snack to me. The pretzels do take about 8 minutes to cook, but that is fine with me. I usually enjoy my smoothie during the wait.

Some smoothies are great, some have that vitamin flavor after taste. Pricey, and loud, but all smoothie places are.

I needed some energy with flavor this morning

I went to Robeks last weekend to use a Groupon that I bought a few weeks ago. I ordered the Acai Special Bowl and my fiancé got the Acai energizer. I tried his smoothie first since the Acai Bowl took longer to get ready. His smoothie was extremely sweet… I couldn’t even drink it. Then, I got my order and tried it. Just like my fiancé’s smoothie, my pick was extremely sweet. It was like having 5x more the amount of sugar someone is supposed to eat. Besides that, in the menu said that the Acai bowl came with blueberries, but I never got any.
I was really disappointed with the Robeks experience. I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon. I barely ate half of my bowl because it was overwhelmingly sweet.

We made a quick stop by here after purchasing an item from the Container Store nearby. We were planning on getting some frozen yogurt but opted for this closer option instead.
We both ordered the Awesome Açaí which grew more pleasurable as I drank it. If back in this specific shopping area, will definitely stop by to try the many other options on the menu.

I really love the smoothies here… even crave it when I can’t get one for a few weeks, but the customer service here is really disappointing. I usually go to this location and about a year or so ago, it kind of went down hill. I’m not sure if the management changed but I think even the current manager is not that friendly.
I’ve had a few bad experiences here that probably would not make me want to go back to this location. It’s too bad that they closed the other location in Rockville, otherwise I would have avoided this location completely.
One time I ordered a smoothy asking specifically not to put a fruit in there. When I got it, it tasted like it was added. I went back and asked and the counter guy asked the guy making the drinks if he had added it and he said yes. With no apology or any other response, they made me another one. That’s great they made me another one but what if I was allergic to it? Any case, I was not going to make a big deal of it. A simple sorry would have been nice.
The next time I went back, I think I was serviced by the owner/​manager. She asked me what I wanted but was not friendly at all. She didn’t say thank you and even after I thanked her, she didn’t respond.
I gave this place a few more chances and noticed that the employees sometimes would be on their cell phones while making drinks and were not very organized. Sometimes no one would be in the store front and I would have to get their attention in the back.
I’ve been to several Robeks and I know this is not how it is suppose to be. I don’t even care if the drinks are good but customer service and appreciation is number one on my list.

Smoothie love is everywhere and it begins here! I love this places and their awesome selection of different fruite smoothies. There are so many choices it’s a bit crazy! In addition staff is very friendly and fast so your smoothie will be done in no time. Plus, you can add some fun things to your smoothies to make your brain work harder or add more power for the day.

Bah! Although they offer a wide variety of smoothies and some food times, I’ve definitely experienced better.
Tasteless smoothies, super thick pretzels that take eight minutes to cook, and mediocre service. On top of this, the parking lot is way to packed to waste my time here.
Where is Jamba Juice when you need one?!

It is difficult to find a place in this area that serves fresh wheatgrass juice, so Robeks gets huge points for that. I beg to differ about the service; I’ve been here many times and never had bad service. I’ve never had to wait that long to get served and the staff is always super friendly.
