Red Box

In the beginning of using Redbox the excitement was extremely high for the fact that they had offered new movie releases as soon as the movies left the theater. We were able to rent, reserve, and return movies without a problem, now everything is different. I went to 3 Redbox locations to return my movies and not 1 worked properly. Needless to say I’m into another day with movies I’ve seen yet stuck with until I find a redbox location thats functioning properly. I really would like to continue using redbox but only when matters improve.
Get it together Redbox!!!

pretty average red box, located inside the safeway at king farm village center. they have movies and games, many of them new releases, so you can certainly see the current hits (or play the current hits in the case of a video game). i’m super grateful that there was a red box here b/​c my parents and i wanted to grab a movie to watch after dinner. although there was only 1 box (some safeways have 2), they had the movie that we were hoping to find, so we were able to snag it for a 24 hour period. returning the dvd was also a cinch, taking just a few seconds. lucky for me, there wasn’t anyone waiting in line when i rented/​returned the movie, so i was able to grab and go. just remember to return your movies/​games by 9pm the next day else you’ll be charged extra!
