For the past four years I’ve been coming to this AT&T authorized retail store for upgrades, billing issues and mobile tech issues. They’re THE best, they know their stuff and have superb customer service. Even now that we moved to Gaithersburg MD I rather drive than go to any other att store. 100% recommended. They don’t pressure you with sales and are super patient and friendly.

The people at this store are the friendliest and nicest people I’ve ever dealt with. I was in their store in the winter and my phone was losing a charge. Ji, the woman that works there, gave me a new battery and let me take her charger home with me because she was not sure what the problem was. She never charged me for either and when I took the charger back to her she told me to keep it. I was there this evening getting a new phone and all of them were so helpful. Very, very nice. I will never go anywhere else to buy a phone. I have been using this store for a long time.
