Came in the afternoon to change a tablet line to a phone. While she was able to help me, eventually, her manner was unprofessional. She spoke and acted in a lazed kind of manner. I get that the hour was around lunchtime, but I kept on getting the vibe if I were an obstacle and the more questions I asked, the more of an inconvenience I was to her. I mean the least she could have done was tell me she didn’t have time for me at all. Better that than appear a martyr for her lunch time. Good grief.

Friendly staff got me in and out in no time with new service and a great phone! Will definitely be going back!

I ordered a phone that was not in stock and was told that I would receive a call when it came in. Got a FedEx delivery report a few days later but no call. Tried calling the store but got routed to a store in Alexandria, VA b/c staff at Rockville office were busy. No way to leave a message for them. The phone was for my teenage son who was away for a few weeks. When he returned, we went to the store to pick up the phone. The phone wasn’t there and no one could figure out where it went. I had to forward the FedEx email to the store manager. It took another few hours for them to close out the order, although they still couldn’t figure out what happened to the phone. We picked up a different phone the next day. The kicker– when my son listened to his voice mail, there were several messages from a woman at the store(not the manager) stating the the phone had arrived. Rather than calling the account holder, they called my kid’s number. So they had the phone all along but the manager doesn’t know what the others are doing. Not a model of professionalism.

All I can say is DONOTGOHERE. Went in here to upgrade my phone to an iphone 6 and not only did they charge me extra for the phone than I would pay at an ACTUAL verizon store, but they charged me extra for a sim card and if anything is wrong you have to go back to that specific wireless zone. ALSO, I ended up going back an hour later to return it all and they made me pay a 35 $ restocking fee AND made me pay for the sim card. WHAT A RIPOFF.

I walked in here thinking it was a Verizon Wireless store. I was wrong. The sign says one thing, but the inside of the store is a different story. The guy(name begins with L.) was very insistent that I «upgrade» my wireless plan with the purchase of my new phone. I told him I didn’t want to change plans, but he insisted I would save $ 2 every month. I’m looking at my future bill and I now have 3GB less per month thanks to this guy and I pay more for the pleasure of a «smaller bill.» Don’t go here. They are only out for their commissions. Totally learned my lesson.
