I called Aries in Rockwall to come look at my spa. They told me they charged a $ 45 trip charge so I said ok. The tech came out there without any tools to fix the issue. He even told me that he didn’t come prepared. I turned on the hot tub and he immediately saw that 2 pumps were out. He didn’t put a hand on the tub but proceeded to inform me that he would have to order the pumps and I was responsible for a $ 72 fee for an hour of labor on top of the $ 45 trip charge. He didn’t want to charge me but the owner told him too. I asked to speak with the owner, who after some argument, agreed not to charge the $ 72. Fast forward a few weeks later… I called to get a total for everything because I was ready to get the spa fixed. The owner didn’t want to give me the info since I had refused to pay the hour labor fee. He wanted me to pay again to have someone come out and get the part numbers. He begrudgingly gave me the total after I explained to him I was trying to give him business. I asked him if he treated all of his customers like this? He said he wouldn’t stay in business if he just charged the $ 45 trip fee and that I was the one that was rude because I wouldn’t pay the hour labor fee. Long story short… Don’t use this business unless you like dealing with a rude SOB that doesn’t know how to talk to customers.

«Inherited» an Aries Spa through a home purchase and have nothing but great things to say about them. The spa was an older model and required a little work to get back up running but their technicians did a great job and were very reasonable. Highly recommend!
