Disappointed. Just left this store and unfortunately I arrived prior to opening at 10 am. I didn’t acknowledge the sign with the store hours until I saw the staff turn their back to avoid telling me the store was closed. Nonetheless, I intended to return later. But after I walked away, I saw another lady with a baby in hand walk up and was allowed inside prior to opening. I’m thoroughly confused, they didn’t acknowledge me to ask me to return in 30 minutes but they saw someone else walk up less than a minute later and promptly greeted her. I will not support this establishment.

Their used clothes are ok — it doesn’t seem like the buyers have much experience because I still see a lot of cheap brands instead of Baby Gap, etc. However, they do have a great selection of brand new bows and tons of used toys, strollers, etc. Definitely worth checking out.

I’ve heard about kid to kid over the radio and from mommy friends, I normally don’t like to shop at second hand clothing stores but I gave this place a try since I’m looking for a bunch of fall and winter stuff for my little one. I read all the negative reviews and I thought I should give this place a boost, since I did have a good experience today. I was mainly looking for just coats for my baby girl but I ended up buying her 2 sets of outfits (nautica & Sanrio brands) both brand new at a very good price, 6 long sleeve shirts, 2 coats (carters & old navy) and a pair of jeggings for only $ 36.41 total plus tax it was about $ 39. That’s usually only 3 items at target, I was about to pull in at target earlier but I remembered kid to kid and I’m really glad I went. The staff in my opinion are fine, they were super busy but they were nice. My only constructive criticisms would be the cleanliness of the clothes and the place is a little messy. I’m a very organized person and when I walked in, I just wanted to help those ladies in organizing the stuff. There were just piles and bins of clothes to be sorted out. It would be nice if they have a separate room where they can do that and not at the store’s entrance, also some of the clothes and shoes are really dingy looking (with stains and pilling). Overall though I think it’s a good place to buy clothes especially if you want to buy plenty but on a budget, you really just have to browse and look for the good ones and there are some really good brands there that were not even used at all.

This was my 1^st time here and never again will I come. 7 – 10 day wait for clothes to be looked through and get a call back.

After reading the poor reviews I was a bit hesitant to go inside but i ended up having an excellent experience!
So, I’m planning on checking out the Deep Ellum Arts Festival this weekend and want to take one of my little Yorkies so I came here looking for one of those over-​the-​shoulder baby slings to carry my 4-​legged baby around. Found the perfect accessory that will do the trick nicely and will give me a «bohemian» look for the festival — perfect for Deep Ellum!
I was greeted when I walked in and the two high school girls who helped me were very courteous and professional. I don’t have a baby or small kids but I would shop here again. Perhaps I’ll buy a jogging stroller for my doggies! :-)

Bad service. Got to the counter and the girl behind the counter called someone else up to help us because she «had to go get her phone charger out the car». Then came back in and stood behind the counter on her phone. I almost felt bad for interrupting her.

Over priced thrift store. I walked in, spent 5 min in there and left.
They had high chairs with dried food stuck on them for $ 65.
They had used clothes for the same price you can buy them on sale brand new at the store.
Also, the people who work there are super rude. Don’t waste your time going here, buy and sell on a Facebook online garage sale.
