Thank you for offering gluten free bread! My daughter is allergic to gluten and this was a special treat for her since not all Subways carry this bread. The girl behind the counter took special care when handling the other breads not to cross contaminate. ThankYou!!!

I wish I would have seen these reviews and driven the extra 2 miles to the other location. SO RUDE! I ordered a veggie delight When the bread arrived empty to the lady that puts the veggies on it she looked mad, like she’d have to do more work or something. I tried to make it easier on her and just say a little bit of all the veggies and she started slapping a piece or two on the bread. Then passed it to someone else who asked if I wanted a dressing.
I bought the meal deal and grabbed some apples out of the case. I didn’t even look at them first but when I sat down and opened them they were expiring the next day and were brown and gross! I did end up taking those back to the counter and she looked for some that looked better in the back but no such luck.
When I’m in town for work next time, I will NOT be visiting this Subway!
Rockwall is in desperate need of a Jason’s Deli or Souper Salad. Something… anything somewhat healthy and fast!

Worst subway in the USA. Every experience is bad. Ive actually been 30 minutes to closing and they had everything put away and refused to make anything. Ill go to other further from my house if I feel like subway.

Uhh yea… The teenie bobbers working here are quite rude and so not helpful. I ordered dinner and then was told that I couldn’t use my Subway gift card because their system was down. They informed me that it is always down and they often can’t even take credit cards but that’s not their problem. I’m sorry… But it is when you advertise that you accept those methods of payments. Needless to say, I walked out leaving the subs there and took my business to another sub place. I later tried a different Subway to use my gift card and had no problem. Either way, I won’t be returning to subway with so many other BETTER options out there.
