Love the foot long Turkey, and the tuna! Watch out for the hidden calories when getting a sub, as the extras can add up. Place was clean and the staff fast and friendly!

I’ve been here 10+ times in the last 8 months. The service has been good, the people friendly, and the food tastes like every other Subway I’ve had. It’s not great, but certainly better than the 1 star from 3 years ago.

I’m only giving this Subway 1 star, because unfortunately that is the minimum! Let me start by saying– I love Subway! I work in downtown Dallas, and eat Subway at least twice a week, so imagine how happy I was when I found this little Subway next to the Tom Thumb only 2 mile from my house in Rockwall! Well… womp womp womp. I just returned from Subway, and this was my 5th and final attempt to give this store a chance! I have only taken the time to write one other review on Unilocal, but after that visit(and this sad excuse of a sandwich) I just HAD to get on here and spread the word to my fellow Subwayers. Each time I’ve gone, the store has been dirty, the food looks old, and the bread is ALWAYS hard. I mean– come on, Subways motto is «Eat Fresh» not«Eat what was fresh 3 days ago»… I will NEVER return to this subway, and will be happy to drive across Rockwall for a fresh meal, that I can actually bite through. the tomatoes were mushy, the bread was so hard that I had to rip the edges off which resulted in half my sandwich falling on the paper. There was a gentlemen in front of me who ordered a foot long BMT, and bless his heart– maybe he didnt SEE what that sandwich looked like because he was older– but I cannot believe they served it. The bread was so hard that the sandwich«artist» literally had to carve it in half! As soon as he got through the BRICK of bread, he opens it and it breaks in two. Does he throw it out? Nope. just scoots it together so that the customer can’t see. meanwhile im looking at him in disgust! He rolls out this flat watery premade BMT and it had a green tint to it… disgusting. and dont even get me started on the knives they used to cut these peoples sandwiches. there is so much nasty gunk all hardened to the knife and they are just sticking it into everyones sandwich. Let me reiterate, this is NOT a one off situation. these types of things have happened everytime I’ve visited this particular store. If you want a FRESH meal, drive across Rockwall. PS– the knife used to cut my sandwich left tuna & mustard on the slice of the bread. My two LEAST favorite things. Absolutely disgusting. DONOTGOTOTHISSUBWAY!!!
