This is a fantastic small-​town library. A ton of stuff going on– adult classes, activities for kids. Every librarian I’ve interacted with has been fantastic, helpful and knowledgable.

Love love love this library!
It is great for kids and grown ups alike. The kids section is downstairs and the grownups section is upstairs so it is very peaceful and quite in the upstair section. The library is bright and and cheerful, not dark dingy.
They have tons of activities for kids every month. Movies are played couple of times a month with a projector. Educational activities like reading and math for kids of all ages are conducted. They also hold craft work. The staff is very friendly too.
The library gives free or discounted passes to almost all the museums around CT.
There is a play area behind the library, which belongs to parks and rec and my son loved visiting there every time we take a trip to the library, it’s an added bonus.
