Driving home from a long trip and decided to grab a bite at 6:00 on a Saturday night. Should have known, by the lack of cars, that there was something not quite right. Ordered our food, the biscuits were room temperature and the pork, in the new pulled pork sandwich was raw. When my son took the sandwich back up to the counter and showed the manager, she said, «it’s barbeque, that is how it’s supposed to look». She would not give him anything else and she refused a refund to me. Worse Bojangles ever. Makes me think twice about any of these restaurants. I can handle a little bit of a dirty place, but when the service sucks, that makes the whole experience a total nightmare.

In town on business and this was my first time eating at this brand, great service and the food was on point. Wish I had ordered a little more but everything was hot and fresh and the tea was great, I normally don’t drink tea unless it’s a Long Island Tea.

From being up north, this is the first time I went here. Super impressed. The staff are professional and well trained. On top of that that the food was excellent. Since we were not in a rush, they made fresh chicken and biscuits for us. Not only that, they delivered it for us. I’m not sure if they always do this, but it was great especially for fast food. I recommend getting the cinnamon twists. They were cooked to perfection. I recommend going for a lunch break

Professional and fast service. Very clean restaurant. Reasonable price. If you love chicken and biscuits, this is the place you will appreciate. Easy to find, plenty parking space.

Brand new check it out!
The food was very good as far as fast food and chicken Bojangle’s is at the top of my list for restaurants. They have a good $ 5 right now so its pretty worthwhile.
This location was clean and new and service was good. I would recommend this to someone who was traveling up and down the 95 coridator.

Stopped here while traveling and it’s your basic Bojangles, but a few things I had to write about.
First: No mac & cheese. Several franchises do not have m&c, but it’s a southern staple and the kids were disappointed they didn’t have any. Luckily the seasoned fries were extra tasty!
Second: We were blown away with how POLITE everyone at this location was. It wasn’t busy. The staff were friendly. Said thank you. Not once were they rude. Brought food out to us. Cleaned up the table. It was a stark change from most fast food places. How nice to have friendly staff at fast food!!!
The place was clean and not too far off the highway.

This was a terrible place to eat. High Schoolers interrupted our meal, an the people were rude. The service was slow and I’d feel sorry for anyone that had to eat there. The only reason I give two stars is that it was ok. Blah!
