This is small 10 acre East Bay Regional Park. There is a parking area and a few tables near San Pablo Avenue. I have seen people fishing for sturgeon on the shore near the lot. There is also a short, easy to walk, trail southwest of the marinas that leads to the lone eucalyptus tree. The tree sits on the bluff overlooking San Pablo Bay. There is a small beach and a couple of benches to enjoy the view. Other than an occasional kite flyer or dog walker, I never see many people enjoying this park. I like to come here at sunset and watch boats on one side of the trail and trains on the other side as the sunset behind the tree. I also enjoy photographing the very dilapidated wooden docks and other rusting and decaying things during the day.
