I love coming to this fire house I like how open it is and normally we sit down to eat and they are constantly wiping down tables. One of the workers Pam is always so sweet when we come in with our kids she’s a sweet heart. We live in bella vista so this firehouse is a little out of our way unless were going to the mall but it has a drive through which is nice so we will go out of our way if we in the mood for a sub.

Always love the subs here… have never had one that I didn’t like. The hook n’ ladder is basically a club-type sandwich and is very good. I’ve never noticed this location being dirty as the previous reviewer said, but maybe they’ve cleaned up their act since then.

Fantastic sandwiches, like any other Firehouse Subs location. However, this place seemed *particularly* dirty, especially for being a fairly new store. Maybe it was just that I ate there at lunch time and some young children had been there recently or something, but the floor was an absolute mess, and I actually felt embarrassed for suggesting to my co-workers that we eat there because of it. This location needs to get its act together and start cleaning up the floors.
