IHOP

Without a doubt the worse service I have ever had in any restaurant PERIOD! Took over 53 minutes to get our order and even then it was incorrect. Also had to ask for every drink refill. This is the 2^nd time I have had this happen in the same POS IHOP. DO NOT GO TO THE ROGERS, ARKANSAS IHOP!!!

We ordered take out food with two standard breakfast samplers. We asked them to substitute bacon or ham in place of the pork sausages which they did. The hashbrowns were delicious and the eggs and meats were okay. The two pancakes that came with the sampler had a different taste from what we’ve experienced before, so we only had a couple bites of those. The waitress handling our order did a good job of providing utensils and condiments. We added one order of biscuits and gravy. My partner thought the gravy was not very good and was basically a plain milk gravy without sausage. We had hoped to experience true Southern biscuits and gravy, but that must not happen in an I-​Hop. We’ve had better at an I-​Hop, but this was all right.

There slow, I mean we got tables & drinks, but taking a long, waiters ware goofing off, when the food came it was could. I’m not eating at that I hop again.

Good pancakes and coffee. Bacon was average. Service was very good with a very pleasant server.

Walked in and stood by the hostess desk to have my name put on waiting list. 4 different wait staff walked up at times and no one bothered to greet me or take my name down. After 5 minutes I finally became un –invisible. Ahtziri is extremely nice and helpful. Bunny on the other hand was extremely rude and obnoxious and frequently berated others that were seating guests and was very loud and rude about it. Not caring who heard her. Not a very good impression nor do I feel like staying and eating after witnessing several of the older generation wait staff act like they clearly hate their jobs. What a turn off.

The whole process is too slow in this place. Walk in and had to wait 40 min. Lack parking space to start off. Got ignored by wait staff. After ordering, our food was not served for another 35 minutes. How long does it take to cook eggs?! Food is too oily. If it was not for the insistence of kids wanting it, i would not be coming. Better options would be waffle house or steak and shakes. After talking to the manager, since the other 2 tables got their food ahead of although we came ahead if them, we found out that our order did not get put in after 30 minutes later and the manager said it was just place in 13 min ago. So all in all waited about 40 minutes for the food and the order served was wrong yet it took them to change the sausage to bacon in less than a minute.

Usually go to a competitor but wanted a change this morning. Had Brianna as waitress who was very good and perceptive at being there at the right times… Ordered build my own combo with bananas foster French toast, two eggs. Hash browns and bacon. Everything cooked to my liking!
Will definitely try again soon !

if you could give less than one star, we certainly would. we are so disappointed at ihop this morning (1-​9-​2016). walked in at 8:00 am. it was about half full. they appeared to have plenty of wait staff. as there were 4 different ones around us. after ten minutes of not getting waited on, we left. will not be back after patronizing since they have been open. we were in a booth table that the back was against a window. there was a waitress at the table in front of us talking to those customers and it was obvious she knew them because of the type of conversation they were having. there was also a waitress at the table right beside us, again talking to those customers about other things than service, etc (hogs and butchering specifically. when they were going to do it, where, etc) when we left and told the hostess why we were leaving, both of those waitress were up there telling her it wasn’t their table it was someone else’s. well, why didn’t they tell the hostess or that waitress that they had customers that hadn’t been waited on. don’t go there, don’t waste your money. if you want service, go elsewhere. we won’t go back. plenty of other places for breakfast in this area that will be glad to take our money,

This place has the absolute worst service of all ihops that I’ve been to. Worst service of all establishments that I’ve been to in Rogers and Bentonville Arkansas. I have tried this place on two occasions. The first was with my sister visiting from Hawaii. She wanted to try an ihop and we were truly turned off. We visited around 3 am. There was about 4 servers. We weren’t greeted right away, even though 3 different ihop employees walked past us.
The second and final visit was this past Saturday (9÷26÷15) at 4 am. Had four different employees pass me at my table, one even taking the syrup bottle from my table. Not one of them greeting me or acknowledging my existence; even though we all made eye contact. The manager, only naming him so because of his clothing and tie, stood less than 10 feet away from me; we made eye contact twice and still no greeting. Another gentleman walked into the restaurant and was greeted and even served coffee 11 minutes after I was seated, but within seconds of his entering. On a side note, while I was sitting and waiting, one of the servers loudly said they needed her ordered redone because the people were picky. That server was poorly managed or trained.
This place is absolutely lacking any kind of respectful service. Not even mediocre.
Left there, drove to Waffle House, started timer on my cell phone when I locked my vehicle, walked across parking lot, entered establishment, found seat and resulted in getting greeted by every Waffle House employees (including cook), served coffee and started friendly conversation; all in less than 3 minutes.
The next morning, Sunday 9÷27÷15 at 4 am. I visited the Denny’s near by and again started my timer just as the previous morning. I was seated, served coffee, greeted by the two servers and the cook and established a conversation; all in less than 3 minutes.
ihop truly needs to be revamped. It’s not the servers that need to be reprimanded, nor should they be ranked poorly; it’s the management that needs to properly restructure the way they run this establishment. Evaluate the way they train, manage and maintain this place. They’ll find it’s at that level that it needs to be worked on.

For tamil people it’s best in appam. If you are Lover of eggs and will eat anything made of eggs. U have varieties here for you… I felt appam is too sweet

This place is horrible! Have been several times. Ignored at the door. Ignored after being sat. Walked out after being ignored for other customers coming in later than us. No one even noticed. Managers standing in back leaning on wall chatting with wait staff. Place smells musty and old. Staff rude and only interested in chatting amongst others. Don’t visit this IHOP!

It’s a clean IHOP but it took forever to get our food. Prob a 40 min wait. We order food for our kids they be out it out immediately but it was cold (Mac & cheese).
My kids made a mess with their food before they even came back out to take our order. Than we waited for our food to come. With 4 customers in this restaurant I’d expect better and faster service.
It had snowed the night before so I really don’t understand the need for the ac to be on inside the restaurant.
If you like cold food and slow service rush in today for an appetizing I appealing service today!!!

I will give Rogers, AR IHOP 4 Stars. Food is reasonably good for being done on a grill. Our waiter, Garrett, was fairly new but did a really good job making certain that our glasses remained filled, food was hot and came quickly, and check was delivered before we even requested. I would say his work ethic is better than most of the other employees at this particular IHOP. I also can assume he will continue to only get better with time and experience:)

Poor service on multiple occasions. This evening the order was incorrect and no utensils given. But this is par for the course for this underperforming IHOP. The only reason I give 2 Stars is the hashbrowns were correctly cooked.

Waited 30 minutes to be seated another 30 for food. Waitress never brought us silverware even after bringing us our food. Had to ask. We also had to ask twice for ketchup. Food was delivered missing bacon and waitress never stopped by our table until dropping off the bill, otherwise we could have asked about our missing bacon. Manager was not around to ask about our experience. I would think that if they want to improve they should be there to see how customer service is being implemented. I understand being busy, but that is not excuse for poor customer service once a patron is seated.

It is what it is. Its the International House of Pancakes and quite frankly, thats what you should get there. I recently had the pumpkin spice pancakes with eggs and a ham steak and they were delish. You will always get so so service, so so cleanliness at IHOP no matter the location but you will always get a pretty decent and very filling breakfast. Don’t eat anything else there.

Food is decent and cheap here, and service is pretty attentive, but I just can’t get past the fact that there were numerous flies throughout the restaurant. There really wasn’t any aspect of this restaurant that would make me want to go back.

I love IHOP, but I am giving this 5 stars because I had a great waitress. very acommodating and did a great job building rapour. The fruit pastry thing and coffee is always good.

About what is expected for an IHOP — the usual menus and specials. This one has offerings towards the local Hispanic community — tortillas, Spanish on the menu and some items I’ve never seen before.
Our waiter didn’t know what items they were out of when we visited at 10:00 pm on a weeknight, so he ended up coming back to the table three times to update our order. The first pot of coffee he brought us was cold, but when we complained he brought a fresh one quickly.
Open 24 hours. Extremely busy on weekends.

Yes it is Ihop, so it automatically starts at 3 stars… it just has to.
But I tell you what, our service was solid and prompt and I had some decent biscuits and gravy with hash browns and OJ.
