Seriously, we stopped in for shoe laces. The staff here were super helpful and polite. Besides the shoe laces, other shoe accessories and of course shoes, they have pocketbooks, sandals and socks. Set up with rows of shoes on shelves, it’s a pick your own and try them on sort of store. Prices seemed very reasonable.

I have visited this store twice in the past two days as I was traveling and needed to pick up a new pair of shoes. I have to say this is the worst customer service I have ever received at a Shoe Dept. The associate watched us the entire time from the front of the store and never even asked us if we needed help. When we were ready to check out we walked up to her and she said that someone else would help us even though she was doing nothing! Very unprofessional and terrible service both times we visited; if the shoes would not have been on sale I would have refused to make a purchase at this store.

Bought a pair of shoes that squeak terribly. Called store and if they can’t resell them, you can’t return them. They have been worn 4 – 5 times, hoping after oiling them it would stop. Nothing works. I don’t want to be a jerk and make a scene in their store to be treated fairly, so the shoes or I will be returning. Poor customer service.

Attached to The Gap in Rogers’ Scottsdale Plaza, The Shoe Department has a solid selection of shoes and sneakers and boots. Stuff is usually marked off from full retail price and coupons typically are around here and there to get even better discounts. Sadly, we didn’t find anything we liked today.
