Ordered the steak and blue 9″ pizza. Very good and just the right size! The sauce topping added was slightly sweet. Crust was thin and just thick enough to support the balance of toppings,. Topping were overloaded not skimpy. Service was very good. You can order off the menu or build your own right in front of you from the Subway sandwich type of ingredient line up. Ambience great. Big tv with sports on, booths are tall with a handy, lol, foot rest bar., serves beer too!

This is my favorite pizza place in town. I love the crust. I always get the meatball, mushroom and green peppers. Not my favorite pizza EVER, but the best in the area. And the chocolate chip cookie… addicting!

As a rule I don’t review many Pizza places because most are just mediocre in my opinion. Clearly Maddios is an exception to that rule. It’s a comfortable restaurant with tables and booths and a fresh clean interior. Friendly employees and fast service add to the mix. It was 10 minutes to order, pay and walk out the door with a pizza under my arm.
The big reason to try this place is the fantastic crust combined with a huge selection of toppings instead of the garden variety of basic items. You can build your own pizza by selecting choices which are clearly displayed as your pizza is being built. (sort of like Subway) Not only is the variety large but the ingredients are top notch. Real sausage, sautéed items such as onions, mushrooms and peppers. Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the pizza. $ 20 with get you several delicious choices of large 16″ pizzas.

I moved here from New York and this tastes like legit New York pizza– thin crust greasy, and delicious. We tried spicy Italian and Greek. Greek was the favorite hands down. I hope they stay in business so I can keep getting my NY pizza fix!

My go-​to place for pizza. Always good, made-​to-​order, and fast.
It’s a fun and casual atmosphere. Family friendly. They have specialty pre-​configured pizzas you can order, or you can customize in a Subway-​esque style food line.
Good place to stop for lunch. They have a $ 10 lunch special; small pizza, side salad, and a drink.

Got the wheat crust. Recommend!
Salad was fresh. Good dressing choices.
Beer available.
Instant tea only TE option. Never a good option for a restaurant in the south IMHO.

Helpful and fresh
It’s kind of small. It’s basically the same as as a subway but better and healthier. You pick and choose just about everything except who makes your pizza. It’s nice the crust is my favorite.

I actually really liked this place. We grabbed pizza to go. I had the veggie on wheat, and the kids had pepperoni and Italian sausage on white. Was quick, and the veggies were fresh. I’m excited to be able to try other things there

Normally I would write something clever and Unilocal-​y about my subpar experience, but this place was so bad I have nothing cute to say about it. Both the concept and the execution are terrible.
I had a Buffalo Chicken pizza that looked like someone had dumped an entire bottle of ranch on top. It was literally swimming in liquid. I tried my wife’s pizza, and while it wasn’t as bad, it was obvious that the crust wasn’t that high quality. I’d equate the dough closer to flatbread than pizza. Gas station pizza is better than what they serve here.

Pleasantly surprised by this new pizza joint. Make your own pizza… Much like a pizza version of Subway. Service was great and the food was good. Pizza came to our table fresh and hot. It is a delicious and healthy pizza place. We will be back.

We picked up take-​out from here and it was so awesome! The gluten-​free crust is crave-​worthy as was the chicken sausage. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. Yum! We will be back!

Fresh and quick. I loved it! I had a great full sized Greek salad, simply veggie pizza. They have a great value meal. Pizza, salad and drink for $ 9.99. Kids meal is a one topping 6inch pizza and drink for $ 5

Not ready for prime time. Gave away our pizzas to another order. Not sure how that happens in a place where you pick your own toppings. Remade the pizza’s and put the wrong toppings on. Staff is not trained yet and is overwhelmed. They gave us a refund which is why it is not a one star. Stick with Johnny Brusco’s or Gusano’s. Pizza they gave us was just OK.

The concept is pretty cool: it’s a fast-​casual pizza restaurant, like a pizza chipotle. I had a pizza and salad and it was pretty good. The crust was really nice especially compared with the pizza offerings in NWA.
I will be back especially for lunch which made a lot of sense.

Worst service. All hid in a corner and when we finally got their attention they were so poorly educated on their jobs that they couldn’t even tell us what types of sauce or cheese they had. I almost walked out the door but stayed for my husband. Won’t be back…
