Why is it they always short your drive thru order, you never get anything extra! Must be a game they like to play.

This place needs to get better staff or at least pay attention to detail and keep fries hot as well as be more clean.

Okay, don’t get me wrong: I love BK. And the food here is always above average Burger King food. So then why 2 stars? Because I am a gift card person– I am loved enough that I get them all the time, and who doesn’t want to use free money? This place physically cannot get their computer to recognize the money on the card, and I’ve done everything: I’ve registered it, tried it at other Burger Kings (thank god for the one on Gravenstein), brought in a receipt with the credit available. There’s just no good for that damn computer! And the staff are completely useless– I’m not saying there would be a ~lot~ they could do, but after the umpteenth time of trying to convince them it’s their machine and not my card, I feel like they should at least get the comps checked. argh. Throw on top of that the semi-​spanglish running around and it ends up being full-​on miscommunication.
If you’re looking to just buy and go, this place is not a bad option. Just don’t have anything other than a food order to complicate their computer’s stupid little world.
