Its a Starbucks. They make my drinks. They haven’t messed them up. The location is a bit difficult to get into though so I rarely come her unless I:“m walking nearby

Love that this place has a drivethru. I come here for a breakfast treat or an afternoon pick-me-up following a crazy day at work. I give this place three stars due to its slow service(don’t expect the drivethru to be more efficient than ordering inside… sometimes super slow). Also, like every Starbucks, the prices aren’t really worth the products one gets. But it’s convenient, and that’s why customers come here like myself.

This location is conveniently located right right near the on/off ramp of the Rohnert Park Expressway. This location is a drive through. Other than that, this is your typical Starbucks

Out of all the Starbucks in the area I like this location best. They are super quick and pretty efficient. The place is clean and the set up is better than most. Not a whole lot of retail space but oh well. I’m less tempted to spend more money on things I don’t need. And this just in. because I’ve delt with too many humans the past few days. I flew my coup, left the bat cave, ventured out into the world joining the rest of civilization… Now, when I pull up and see only one car in the drive thru I expect a fast and easy wham bam thank you ma’am experience. But why must I always get stuck behind someone who seems to have never been to a Starbucks let alone a drive thru! They take sooooooooooooo long to order. And then they try chatting up a storm with the cashier while trying to find their money. Did you bring any? Did you lose it? Maybe you’re paying in coins and they’ve all fallen between your seats? Clearing a space for your new silky milky beverage and spilled your old corroded curdled one in yo lap??? Idk man, but I’ve waited almost 10 minutes before and not because of the employees. Even inside just yesterday some lady was being hella difficult about using specific amounts on her gift card and reloading new amounts on it. Wooooman! The barista took like 4 orders and made them all before this lady could figure her sht out. Go home, do us a favor and invest in a kurig, an illy, a french press or something. You are the weakest link. Jeez. Can I live. Lol.

I have been meaning to write a review for these guys for a while now… Let me begin by saying that I love starting my day with a grande triple, extra hot latte… and I choose to make sure I get it from this location. The customer service has always been top notch, no matter how busy they are. The energy is great whether you are face to face in the store or you drive thru, you can feel it. Since it is early in the morning when I come the for the first time(sometimes I do make multiple visits), I am greeted with smiles and a «What can I get started for you»? If you want to start your day with a smile go see Courtney, Kennedy, Judy, Josie, Adam and the awesome team they have over at starbucks conveniently located right off the 101. Take a seat outside in the patio area to relax and catch up on some unfinished work, surf the web, or any of the other options with the free Wi-Fi. A special thank you to Josie for going above and beyond for me this morning! You guys are awesome and I look forward to meeting all of you soon. Thank You

I have been to plenty of starbucks in my adult life and this is one has to be the worst one in regards to customer service I’ve ever experienced, at least with the woman I always got at the register. I went 3 times last year and every time I went in there the older woman(not sure is she was a manager or not) was always in such a bad mood. I asked for simple iced coffee with half and half and sweetener, as I looked at her ringing up my drink it said breve(as they call it) $.60. I asked if there was a charge for half and half now and she proceeded to tell me that there was and that every starbucks should be doing it. I then told her I’ve never been charged that before and she was pretty rude and basically asked me if I wanted it or not. I’m assuming the charge was for her having to add it for me because I know I can add it myself, but geez. I took it upon myself to ask a friend who works for a Starbucks and asked the employees at the usual locations I visit and every one of them told me that they’ve never heard of it. I’m not sure what her problem was but it definitely made me not want to return to this location, as a matter of fact I have not been there since. I have no problem paying $.60 but there is a way to speak to people regardless if you dislike your job or not.

I have to say, I would normally give this coffee shop a 5 star rating due to the staff there, but they super surprised me yesterday. My wife and I needed garden grounds bad for a large event. I personally went to this shop and asked the manager if she would hold the garden grounds for the day for me. She basically said it was going to be a lot of work and she couldn’t save much. she made it sound like it would be huge pain in the butt. I said no problem, I’ll be back at 4 and see what ya got for me. I then went to 2 other Starbucks and asked for the same thing. I went to the one on Mission in Santa Rosa and the one on Gurneville Road. Well guess what, they were SO happy to help us. Said it was not a problem. Anyway, at the end of the day, both other stores gave me about 50 lbs each of garden grounds while the one on Commerce in Rohnert Park only gave me about 2lbs. Like a slap in the face. And to think this«was» my home base Starbucks. Lame.

It’s pretty lame when you have to stir your own sugar into your coffee… I did go thru the drive thru for a reason.

Plays the most soul-less music ever and it’s effing freezing in there. I really didn’t like the atmosphere in there. Very antiseptics.

They have a nice outdoor area but we just hit the drive through. Even with a line they moved along well and we always grab the kids hot chocolate for our son who loves them. We will probably walk over next time it is nice out like today and hang around outside.

I go to the Starbucks four times a week. It is the most efficient one in the area and makes the best lattes. The staff are friendly and accurate. It’s often faster to go through the drive through even with a line then going inside. There is outdoor seating for nice days and plenty of parking available.

I don’t stay at the adjoining Motel 6 much anymore but when I did this place was a lifesaver for those days when you’re up at 6 am jonesing and realize the lobby won’t have coffee out until 8 am Lately I’ve adopted Starbucks as one of my nationwide series of mobile offices, so I got in on their Rewards Card and it’s actually a pretty good ROI already. I only bought a few basic coffees and a slice of pound cake and they send me some free drink or food almost every week. So I bopped into this one to collect on a breakfast sandwich they gifted me over the weekend since it just happened to be nearby, turns out they’re pretty decent. They use that spongy steamed/microwaved egg that I normally don’t like but the ciabatta bun and the other ingredients are all pretty good. No offense to the guy below but I think he may have this confused with another Starbucks, it’s definitely not larger than normal, it’s actually pretty cramped inside if you want to sit and work. There’s lots of outdoor seating though, and a drive-thru. Service was good on a busy weekday morning.

It’s Starbucks, you know what to expect. Larger than normal indoor seating, or at least not as cramped as others I’ve been to. Hitchhiker/nomad friendly– this goes a long way with me.

Its brand new but feels like one of the oldest grossest Starbucks. Customer service is spotty and impersonal. Drive through customers seem to get order preference, which sucks if u walk in like I do. I probably have 2 or more coffee drinks from Starbucks every day I work, and I drive all over the bay area. So I’ve seen a lot of Starbucks. This one is my new least favorite.

The clean air parking in the front is annoying and they aren’t always frirndly in fact I’ve had some rude experiences here which is strange behavior for a Starbucks.

Five different visits and they have managed to mess up on an easy drink(iced coffee or caramel machiotto) every time. Avoid this location at all times.

Out of all the Starbucks locations in Rohnert Park, this one is the best. It’s new, the service is very quick, and the baristas are always very friendly. I go to Starbucks about 2 – 3 times a week and have not had a bad experience. I usually order the shaken iced teas with light ice and the baristas are very attentive to my order — the ice and drink itself is never watered down when I get it, which is a problem that I’ve encountered at other Starbucks. The location is also very convenient and there is never any traffic to deal with getting in/out of the parking lot. Definitely recommend!

The service is QUICK. I guess I’m a bit biased since I’m usually greeting the drive-thru around 6am when no one else is in sight, but they still give me their full attention which is appreciated. Rating a Starbucks feels kind of funny, since this is about my 50th+ review on Bux stores, but none the less — they’re all a bit different. This one is good to go. Make sure to check out the interior. It’s pretty well lit and inviting. Kudos on creating the«3rd space».

There are at least six Starbucks locations in Rohnert Park(including the ones inside Safeway and Target), which is a lot for our small town. The newest Starbucks really is a relocation from the Park Plaza shopping center to a brand new solo building across the street in a strip-mall area next to Black Bear restaurant. I am not much of a coffee drinker and am aware that Starbucks does have fine teas(which I like better). Still, I went into this Starbucks today to see the new building and to use a gift card that my auto body shop gave to me. I had a grande cappuccino and a fruit/cheese/nut snack box. Thank You, Lou Saare Body Shop! The new building is nicely decorated and laid out with several outdoor tables. It is not a big Starbucks, yet is fairly charming and upscale even. The external architecture matches the theme of the new shopping center motif sprouting up around it. They appear to have WiFi as many were on a wireless device there. They also have a drive through. This is definitely the nicest Starbucks in Rohnert Park, and perhaps even in the neighboring areas of Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Sebastopol, and Cotati. Try It. .. you’ll like it! Review 0060
