Great food! Hubby and I both ordered one of the new Sizzling Skillets, both very tasty. Had to ask three times for my huddy’s milk, and my beer refill too! Only saw our server once after he took out order, when he brought the check! Runners and other servers had to pick up his slack.

Writing this review late since I was really there over the holidays and was dissapointed at how disorganized they were. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say they were probably short staffed and I have to say the food was delicious, once we got it — which took forever, but it was good so I am giving them 3 stars.

You get what you bargain for. Don’t expect a whole lot to break it down, cleanliness: not very good, service: Good, food quality: decent.

Haven’t been here for a very long time so wasn’t sure how the food would be… Yummmm I had a great! Cheeseburger, thick, juicy, flavorful & awesome fries that were crunchy on the outside, fluffy/cooked on the inside & a beautiful golden brown. Vanilla milkshake, thick, like it should be. Still LOVE their Lava cake! Had a very friendly waitress who was helpful, pleasant & attentive. Yes, I will be back when in the area.

Won’t step foot in the rohnert park chili’s again. Manager and waiter are extremely under experience and incompetent. Came here for a family friendly Mexican food outing. We don’t have a lot of expendable income so we only go out to eat a couple times a month. Our waiter came up immediately and wanted our drink order, we asked for water while we looked at the menu, when he came back we asked him for a recommendation on margaritas, we settled on a $ 9.49 marg. Once having some time to review the menu we saw that there was a 2 for $ 35 meal option which included a better tequila margarita, a appetizer, 2 entrees and desert. So Before sipping our margarita we asked if we could just include the margaritas and add the difference we ordered in the option. Management said absolutely not. So we just ordered entrees which were on the 2 for $ 35 menu, ended up paying $ 60 for a lower end tequila margarita, no appetizer, and no desert. Management stated because they couldn’t substitute margaritas and were heavily regulated by the ABC, yet they let us change the tequila that was supposed to be in our original drink! We didn’t have an incident and left quietly but could have been handled much better and we would have never left this if they simply offered a desert.

The steak here beats the local Outback and Cattleman’s for consistent taste and quality. Hard to beat — and the price is good, too! Try it.

Before coming here, consider how many hours you’ll have to work to pay for your«meal» here. Servers are rushed, food is over salted and bland. Don’t waste 3 – 5 hours of your work time to pay for this slop.

I love the shrimp tacos. The shrimp are large, succulent and Pop in your mouth. The guacamole is also yummy and served with warm chips. Also I can’t leave without mentioning the great Patron margarita served in a nice glass with extra refills left at the table.

The wait was a little long, but the service was good enough to not make this too much of a problem. The food was good and hot… but no WiFi? Really? It’s the 21st century guys… get with the program!

I never really enjoyed the Chilis in my hometown but this one is different. I go here probably once a month and we sit in the bar. Great happy hour and very friendly waiters and waitresses in the bar. Always go with the Chicken Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl.

Long story short, a poorly run location of a brand that’s in decline. 10 minute wait for a table in the middle of the afternoon when the restaurant was empty. 45 minute wait after ordering for our food. One member of our party had chicken crispers were burned to the point of being nearly black. Chili’s as a brand has discontinued one of their most iconic dishes, the country fried steak(and the only reason I occasionally eat at Chili’s).

First, let me say that this review is based entirely on Chili’s to-go service. I’ve gotten take out from this particular Chili’s more times than I can count. Every time I do, I ask myself«why do you keep coming here?» The last time though finally made me say«yeah, that’s it. I’m not coming here anymore.» Their to-go service is atrocious. Seriously, the worst I’ve encountered. Not just in Rohnert Park, not just in Sonoma County, but anywhere I’ve been. It is beyond bad. First of all, every single time I’ve been in there, it’s taken several minutes for somebody to even recognize that I was there to pick up food. Employees will literally walk right past you without batting an eye. I understand server’s need to get to their tables, but would asking«have you been helped yet?» really delay things that much? Second, my food has never been done when I’ve arrived. Not a single time. I’ve purposely showed up late to give them extra time and it’s still not done. When I get take out from anywhere else, it takes, at the absolute max, 20 minutes. Chili’s tells you 30 minutes and can’t even stick to that. Third, I’m not sure why you’d put the new employees on take out service. I went in there to pick up food and the girl who finally came out to the counter was obviously new. Right in the middle of me telling her I was there for pickup, she answered the phone and instead of putting them on hold for the 30 seconds it would take for me to pay, instead she took the person’s order. Which took almost 5 minutes because she didn’t know where anything was on the computer. At one point she had the phone up to her ear without saying anything for what seemed like an eternity; «sorry, I’m just looking for the sliders.» Seriously? When she was finally done, she went to go get my food and didn’t come back for 10 minutes, and when she did, it was to inform me that she was waiting for the fries. Good stuff. Don’t waste your time getting take out from here. It’s ridiculous. It is absolutely awful service that will leave you wondering why you chose Chili’s. You may not even be hungry anymore out of pure rage. Even Applebee’s(who I don’t hold in high regard either) is way better than this. Another thing to note is that their staff is a bunch of young kids who obviously don’t give a shit. From the take-out counter, you can see a portion of the kitchen. Maybe they don’t realize that, but you can see and hear a lot of what goes on in there. I saw a girl cough, and hey, she covered her mouth with her hand. Bravo. Except that right afterwards, she scooped fries onto a plate with that hand. Lots of F-bombs coming from the kitchen, which doesn’t bother me, but there are tables very close to the kitchen. Tables with kids at them. Whoever runs this place might want to tell their staff to stay away from comments like«duuude, that’s fucking SICK man! Fuck yeah!» As I said, this place is officially a no-fly zone for me now. It sucks. Bad. Oh, and the food is mediocre at best when taken out, but not much of a surprise there. It’s take out.

I give 2 stars only because our waiter-Patrick-was so nice. To begin our dining experience, we were put at a table with 4 overhead lights that were not only too bright but made 1 pregnant woman &1 menopausal woman extremely uncomfortable from the heat they put out. Asked to turn down the lights but was told that wasn’t possible. We moved to less lit table(without asking) but it didn’t seem to bother the waiter. Whew! Now, onto the food: the potato skin appetizer was soft from the grease, as were the chicken wings. Had an order of steak/shrimp fajitas & chicken/shrimp fajitas: the shrimp was IMHO was undercooked(not good for PG woman). The steak was heavily seasoned & the chicken had no seasoning at all! Oh– the shredded cheese served with the order was hardened like it’d been kept under a warmer. The sour cream had cumin in it. And the rice was not all the way cooked & had some other unfamiliar spice in it– which is fine, but give us a heads up @ it! On positive side, my hubby liked his potato soup. My rita was quite delicious, but I don’t think it had any alcohol in it. I’d like to know what Chili’s(supposed) specialty is ??

I’ve come here multiple times, and usually it’s pretty good! Today there is a problem with the TV system, the staff doesn’t know how to operate the system??? I don’t know if they are jerking my chain, or they are idiots!!! Somebody wants to watch basketball during football playoffs!!! That idiotic story is a whole new story!!! The servers are very nice, but I came here to watch the playoffs! I now have to watch in the waiting area for the game! How retarded is that? I recommend the blackberry lemonade, or strawberry lemonade! 2 for $ 20.00 also!!!

We were a group of happy customers after having dinner at this Chili’s location on a BUSY Saturday night. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by a FRIENDLY host. Our assigned server took us right in and provided crayons and activity books for the kids as soon as we got seated. She was quite frazzled as she took our orders, but redeemed herself by getting them all correct and checking on us a few times during the meal to make sure everything was A-ok. My fave dish was the California Grilled Chicken Flat Bread … so crispy and addictively delicious. My daughter enjoyed the warm mac & cheese and the buttered corn on the cob. In the end, our server gave us a free molten chocolate cake for dessert.

I’ve been here so many times with my boyfriend and if we go when there’s two people at the bar or twenty the service is so incredibly slow. We waited 45 min today for Texas cheese fries to come out and they were cold. Then I got a bacon burger and my bacon wasn’t even cooked. Not only that but my drink never got refilled at all since our waitress first gave us our drinks. The service and speed never changes here. If you have time to sit down and eat for at least 2 hours at the bar, chilis is the place for you

How dare you stick a pickled jalapeño to cheese melted on top of salty seasoned chip(doritos) and call it «nachos». Dry and bitterly salty. I’m sure my mashed potatoes came from a boxed powder or something of the sort. My corn tasted like it was boiled with fish. This is just a chain with fancy menu names and pictures, and the food comes out like a flat McDonald’s burger. For the price I’d rather save the money and go down to Carl’s Jr. for the same quality food presented better.

knew I wanted to Mexican food but my gang wanted ribs AND they were buying so we ended up at Chili’s(since Rutherford Grill was too far. haha) I should have known better. I should not have thought Chili’s + Fajitas = WISE but I ordered it anyway. The picture on the menu was enticing enough so why not. Ordered Steak and Shrimp fajitas, Cadillac style. Probably the single worst version of «fajitas» ever. I inadvertently laughed when our server put the plate down in front of me. I was not trying to be snarky but the words just came out«Wow, this looks NOTHING like the picture, does it?!» Steak was seasoned SO heavily and it wasn’t a good flavor at all but none of that mattered because it was sooooo overcooked that I wouldn’t eat it. The shrimp were seasoned similarly and were just a smidge over«ok.» The peppers and onions were clearly a frozen mix but they had no flavor whatsoever and were so oily but yet not charred. Very odd. The rice literally crunched as you chewed because it was underdone. The corn tortillas were not warmed long enough so they never reached a pliable state. I ate a bite of each item, then a second to make sure I was tasting it right but NOTHING on my plate got a third bite. All said and done, YES, I should’ve sent the meal back but that is just a horribly awkward position to be in and I don’t handle myself well in that situation. However, the server absolutely knew my feelings but didn’t try to do anything to help me through the uncomfortable-ness of being totally disappointed. So anyhow, I’m not sure if it’s fair to give Chili’s 2 stars but I will say it’s a generous rating for their fajitas.
