Worst nail experience ever. Thank goodness I had a gift card. I thought I would be able to use my $ 50 gift card twice because I thought there would be money left over. Apparently not, and my gel nails used up the entire gift card. I was told my nails would last up to three weeks but they started chipping at the bottom after 4 days. The nail tech was also eating ice cream and texting while doing my nails. RUDE and DISGUSTING.

Drea was amazing! Just had my hair done with the latest balayage trend! Couldn’t ask for a better stylist! She is patient, and a perfectionist. Won’t be going back to anyone else! Everyone one here is friendly. If you’re looking for top of the line luxurious treatment this is the place. I can’t reiterate how much I loved the service here! Go to Drea she is truly a hair artist!

Very nice salon… upscale… service with a genuine smile. This salon has the best cosmetologists, esthetisans & nail service in the area! I drive an hour each way to get there! So worth it!

Read a few of the prior reviews… have to say that I’ve been going there for months (followed Drea) & have never experienced or witnessed any unprofessional or bad treatment of clients. I’ve never heard any disgruntled customers. Everyone is greeted & thanked & asked to come back again.

The worst service ever! I made an appointment the next day for a wax, when i arrived I waited 30 minutes for the waxer and found out they got the day wrong on my appointment and then they couldn’t do it still! No customer service at all! Will never go there again!

Unfortunately this salon has new owners and is nothing like it was!

I have gotten my haircut here twice by Tanya and she is absolutely amazing! She listens to everything that I wanted in a haircut and made sure that my hair turned out perfectly each time. Tanya is very experienced and very well trained and has an awesome and fun personality. I love her. I’m glad that I found someone that can cut my hair out here in the Sonoma area that does it right the first time. I got lots of compliments on my hair after getting it cut and I was super excited about that. I’m actually looking forward to getting my haircut next time!!!

Disappointed with this Salon. I bought a promotion special from a lady for 4 different facials. Went to first– about 20mins (short)Second time I was called to see if I could reschedule or go later– went on time & I was attended about 20 mins later– 3^rd appointment– on same day I had a voicemail saying that the day before there was new ownership & apparently new owner decided not to except any promotions (pre payed) unless I upgraded. So that being said– I had 2 more appointments I had prepaid that I couldn’t go to unless I pay more. I pretty much was suckered into this. Never again! I didn’t bother to show up to my 3^rd apt. & didn’t even get a call after that. Esthetician was a very nice young lady though.

I have been going to endless summer salon since they have been opened. I travel a
Lot so I’m always checking out other tanning salons and Endless Summer is by far my favorite and best one I’ve ever been to. They are very CLEAN which is a huge plus. They change their bulbs on the regular so you actually get tanner every time you go in. Everyone there is super friendly and nice. I love it here

I came here the other day to try their Mystic tan. I am trying to get ready for my wedding and had lots of questions. Nicolle helped me and she was fantastic. Gave me tons of tips for tanning and was very nice. Great customer service. Salon seemed nice and clean. I like the tan I got… although a little too orange for my liking but I don’t think that’s the fault of the salon. More just how to Mystic is. Down side: right across from sonoma state, so the place is pretty busy and lots of young kids. Other than that, I was very impressed with the customer service, and plan to come back before my wedding!

*** Please NOTE — I had given this Salon 5 stars when Lysa was there — since the salon was taken over by a new owner sometime in February or March of 2015, the place is completely different and now includes rude attitudes, snotty employees and a dishonest way of doing business. The way I was treated, and spoken to, twice, was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I will no longer go to this hair salon and will get my hair products and needs elsewhere***
Did you know that Edward Scissor Hands has a sister? Well actually, he has TWO sisters, both of which seem to work at salons in Sonoma County, and unfortunately for my hair, I paid BOTH of these people to cut my hair.
Lysa literally has saved my hair and if it was not for her, I might be bald.
In the past year I have had two different women at actual hair salons cut and supposedly treat my hair.
I have very fine hair, never colored, naturally curly and its quite pretty when its healthy, although I might be partial…
I am by no means a girly girl so I am not all into the scene of hundreds of dollars in hair product for everyday use.
After a year of bad haircuts and horribly wrong prescribed products, I came to Lysa hopeless, with fragile, dry, broken, ‘wholly-crap-don’t-touch-it-or-it-will-fall-out’ hair.
Lysa spent a ton of extra time with me, cut only what was needed, but also warning me it would be shorter than I planned. She set me up with the correct products, taking her time to find the combination of box sets and individual products that would help a little with my pocket book, and she explained all of what she was doing throughout the entire process.
Now, 7 weeks later, I have had one follow up trim, have another scheduled and my hair is finally growing, I no longer look like I am on my way to audition for The Lion King and I, for the first time in over a year, can leave my hair curly without looking like I have a close relation to a brillo pad.

Another horrible review. This is my second review for this place, the first was a negative hair experience. Recently I decided to give them a second chance and try their tanning. I bought a package plan with a minimum of two months. I did end up paying the whole two months right then in advance. I also filled out a paper to cancel after those two months so i wouldn’t have any problems with the automatic transfer. The other day a manager called me and said my bank didn’t approve the transfer. I called back and left a message for her still, two days later no call back. I walked in there today to see what was going on and the girl at the front desk kept going to the desk on the other side of the salon and was asking a lady questions she couldn’t answer for me. It was very secretive and it would have been more professional if the other lady behind the desk that i couldn’t see just came out to talk to me and help the other girl working on the tanning side– there were even two customers waiting. Unfortunately, i paid the almost $ 60 for one month of unlimited tanning and i probably wont even use it.
I’m tired of wasting my time and money with this place and wont be back after this month is over. I have very little respect for the management and owner.

I had the best facial of my life by Ali! My skin glowed for days and felt so soft I couldn’t stop touching it! My make-​up went flawlessly. Thank you Ali for making me look and feel 29 (on my 49^th birthday)! I will be back!

This review if for Tamara the massage therapist. I have seen Tam a handful of times and she never disappoints! She is the ultimate wine country masseuse! I have had her do light medium and firm pressure. She really listens to what you want and doesn’t mind if you ask for less or more– she aims to please! She can provide nice conversation or silence if you are getting really relaxed! My body is always feeling great after a session. m

Today was a long day and I was running behind on everything… I got home and neighbors came by. I felt like I was forgetting something, and I WAS! It was my waxing appt with Jennie! My stupid «smart» phone didn’t ring when she called to check in with me, and after 45 minutes she texted. I got THAT one. Sigh… I felt awful! She was more concerned than anything else as it isn’t like me. I rushed over and she did my underarms and lower legs in a speedy, yet pretty thorough, half hour. That was all we had time for with another client coming in, but she was great. I am not a hairy beast anymore! Well, not entirely… I will have to have her fix the rest next week. Lol… thanks Jennie, and SORRY!

Ally and Payton are the best waxers! They really care about doing a good job on your brows or any other type of waxing!
I also come here and go tanning, I never really have to wait and once you go in there enough the staff gets to know you by name and are always really friendly!

Lysa saved my hair after I fried it in New Zealand using the wrong adapter for my straightener. She gave me a deep condition and a light trim, saving me from losing any major length (I am growing out my hair for my wedding!) She was super sweet and we had such a great connection that after one more hair appointment (an awesome color!) I chose Lysa to do my hair and make up for my wedding! The salon in general is a very clean, friendly, comfortable environment. I am someone who is usually very cheap when it comes to my hair… I usually get it cut/​colored at Super Cuts or wherever I find a coupon for it. The expertise and friendliness of the staff here have completely changed my point of view, and from now on I won’t be going anywhere else!

Called in for day of appointment around the busiest time of «hair season». Staff was friendly with getting me an appointment. When I got there, they listened to what I wanted. When the lady started cutting my hair, I was like sweet. Half an hour passes by and I was still okay. After an hour, I was getting really impatient. I asked for a simple cut. It took an hour and a half to just trim my hair (with shampoo and blowdry). Although I got a minimal student discount, the haircut wasn’t «wow» and it took way too long…

Just got a wax there!
The girl who did my wax was young and upbeat. She put me at ease and let me know exactly what she was going to do and what to expect.
The best thing was how talkative and chatty she was! It was like having girl talk the entire time. Something as intimate as a wax has the potential to be awkward, but I never really thought about it. It felt like I was talking to one of my friends.
I will be back again, and will continue to go back!
