FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

We visited FedEx to use a copy machine. Adam was a great help to us when the machine jammed. He jumped in to help us complete out task and be on our way. FedEx is indeed fortunate to have such a customer focused employee such as Adam.

I have been coming here for over two years and have had excellent service. The staff here has consistent service with high standards. Adam, Dan, Addie, Shawn are the best. They meet my unrealistic time demands and have even caught a few mistakes on my projects and have called me directly to discuss. You can’t get better service than that. My projects are in full color and I am very particular; they always exceed my expectations.
This location is small but is BIG on service. FedEx should expand the size of this location so many more can experience their service. It would be nice to have more assortment for office supplies so I don’t have to go across the street to the Office Depot. Tell the crew that the Wine Guy referred you to go there…

I went in to this fed ex location to get some things laminated. The person who helped me was nice and polite. The store was clean. Staff was quick and efficient.

Not a fun experience. Went to this location to print and fax two pages from my email and could not get the printer to work.
No one helped me at all as I stood at the machine for 20 minutes. I wouldn’t even think this was weird besides the fact there was no one in the store and three employees.
At least I didn’t bother spending any money!

These guys actually care about small businesses and went out of their way to help me. I’m very impressed with the quality of the print work I’ve gotten from them and the service!

Every time I’ve come to this place its a bad experience after the next. The first time I came in to have some artwork scanned. I usually am able to do this by myself, but an employee told me that I needed to wait for assistance but didn’t explain why. After 20 minutes of waiting someone finally came over to help. Turns out the machine was changed to a different language and they couldn’t figure out how to reset it to English (I guess they didn’t know how to read a manual or use Google, or make a phone call to the company that produced the machine). After another 20 minutes they told me that their was nothing that they could do. Total waste of my time.
The second time I came in it was less busy, in fact there was only one person behind the counter and one customer. I made my way to the printer and begain printing some of my homework that needed high resolution images attached. Each time it printed it left a black line across the page. The printer belts had not been cleaned or there was something wrong with the cartrage. When I looked to ask for assistance since I had already spent 5 dollars on my printed documents, the employee had vanished. It was literally just me in the place. I waited and no one appeared and even went to the counter. No one. I moved to another printer only to get error messages every time I tried to print. Again looking for assistance and no one around, so I had to reset the paper distribution settings every time I went to print something. Lost 5 dollars, had no assistance, and wasted time.
This place is a joke, I understand they are trying to hire more people, but that’s no excuse for shitting maintenance on the machines.
If you are like me who has to rely on printing work professionally I suggest the FedEx office at northgate, in San Rafael. They have a larger facility, more than one person working, and they actually know how to do their job.

I missed a shipment to my house and went online it said I could have it held at this office and would be available the following day to pick up. I mad this arrangement at 10 am just after the missed package… I was assured it would be brought in the morning and by the afternoon it would be there… it took 2 days not one each day promised the same oh tomorrow … the Windsor office is 8 miles away it took 1 day to make it from Miami Florida to Sacramento California … its been sitting at Windsor for 3 days now and again Im told there’s no issues and it will be delivered in the morning to my local office… I tried to pick it up on my way to work and followed GPS and drove around for a hour looking for the entrance when I stopped at the gate next door they told me I had to take the next the next exit north and to backtrack… I didn’t have time for that so again Im awaiting for it to be taken 8 miles. When I called in on the phone they just tell me the same thing each day… «tomorrow» They should write it in if you choose to pick up at the store or a specified date for delivery it will take 2 days to process the request and on the 3^rd it will ship out. not «tomorrow» or in 48 hours.
Ild give two but the clerk was more interested in getting to what his manager wanted than providing any more customer assistance than what I could do Online my self. They didn’t call Windsor they couldn’t provide the Windsor number or any new or additional information. No effort was mad to help just seemed as though he had better things to do… The manager interrupted us twice… very unprofessional!

Customer service sucks. When I called on the phone ahead with questions the guy was very short, rude and not helpful. I later went in and the same guy helped me at the counter. Won’t be going back there.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I showed 6 pages I just printed to the girl at the counter. I asked politely if there was any way she could reprint them since several copies were very faded. She decided to be very argumentative rather than helpful. She told me I should’ve changed the density. Yeah, I already tried that. Then she said there’s no way the color would fade because the toner wasn’t low. I already tried everything myself. I work a copier every day at work. I was only asking if you could please print new copies for me so I wouldn’t have to waste any more money. She kept arguing with me and so I said forget it. Now my project is lacking professionalism (and so was the employee) with so many faded sections. I only wanted 6 pages of the large project to be reprinted! I will not give you any more of my business.

I understand that a copy and print center is a busy place but every time I come in the service is terrible. I send a fedex out once a week for my business and i need to avoid the Rohnert Park store whenever possible. Four people working, but no one can just take the slip I filled out and put it online. They don’t even acknowledge a waiting customers presence. It also appears the store runs better when the store manager is absent, maybe it’s a coincidence for when the store is less busy but I often find myself hoping for his absence. Rarely do I write such negative reviews but this place is consistently awful and it requires the attention.

Employees on the floor are constantly distracted by other employees. They seemed to be more focused on other stuff than the customer. Took them almost 30 minutes to get passport pictures taken and printed. Seems a little messy, unorganized, and understaffed.

This place was just OK. It was a Sunday and I needed something shipped and since UPS and USPS are closed, I decided to go here. Well it ended up that in the end it really didn’t matter because they weren’t shipping out until Monday anyway. Though they didn’t tell me this (and a ton of extra fees) until the nice woman helping me packaged everything for me. Well at the point I found out the shipping date and that the price would be over twice that at the post office, I nearly just left and waited until the next day. Though I felt that I had already spent so much time there (and money printing the shipping labels on the computer) that I just went through with it and learned my lesson.
And although I felt that I was being taken for a ride I could tell the woman helping me didn’t mean to. It just seemed all the extra fees slipped her mind and she told me about them as she remembered them. Oh well. Lesson learned.

My review is mostly based on the amount of money they charge to fax stuff because that is about the only thing I have been in here for. They charged me $ 18.00 to fax 9 pages total. I already had the cover sheet filled out, all they had to do was dial 10 numbers on the machine and hit start… Are you Fing kidding me? For $ 2 a page they should hand deliver that MoFo. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy realized it was rediculious and half way said sorry.

I had a HUGE print job from numerous PDF files from two different directories. They made my deadline and were gracious and professional. The final product was separated into recognizable piles and the copies were of good quality. I definitely recommend these folks.

It was two nights before my wedding and I went to FedEx Office (I will always think of it as Kinkos) to print out a tabloid sized copy of my seating chart. I should have known it would be a disaster when the clerk told the gentlemen in front of me that he would have to wait to pay because it took five minutes for the copying system to communicate with the cash register system. Really?
First, I had to use my dying cell phone or pay to rent their computers to email my file to their address. That’s just bad customer service, but fine. Then, their computer crashed two or three times (making me wait a good 15 minutes) while the clerk was trying to open my very small Excel file. When he finally pulled it up, their printers wouldn’t feed the paper and it took another five minutes for him to finally print out a single copy.
I’d been there for half an hour, but one look at the document, and I refused it. The font I had carefully selected was nowhere in evidence — apparently their version of Excel doesn’t have all of the fonts my home computer does. You should have sent it as a pdf, he told me. Oh, my bad. Silly of me to expect a place claiming to be an «office solution» to have complete versions of programs.
Given that I wasn’t going to pay to use their computers to reformat my file and select a new font, I left. I will NEVER go to a FedEx Office again. The following day I went to Sprint Copy Center in Sebastopol where they let me open my file on their computer for free to make sure it was formatted correctly, they successfully printed out all my documents, and they cut up my name cards, all in less than 15 minutes. Lesson learned — support the little guy, get better service, and avoid additional stress before your wedding:)

I was looking for the hidden cameras, or for Ashton to pop out and say I’d been punked. The staff, every single one of them, was so absurdly inefficient, distracted, slow, inept. .. several people with packages, including myself, just walked out. I halfway think this must be the front for a card room or strip joint. They clearly aren’t about shipping packages.. .

I went to this office today because I needed a small piece of artwork scanned and converted to a pdf — thus, admittedly, my interaction here was limited. BUT I was very impressed with the quick service and professionalism I got from a specific employee whose name I’ve forgotten, but who is easily recognizable by his long and impressive dreadlocks. He took care of the whole thing in just a few minutes while also helping other customers. He seemed knowledgeable and he was SUPER nice. Try asking for him and maybe you’ll have a better experience than some of the other reviewers of this business.

Yup, this place is the suck. I went there today to drop off several express envelopes with employment applications destined for abroad. I had already printed out my FedEx shipping labels, but wasn’t sure what, if any, other customs forms I needed to enclose. The FedEx lady couldn’t tell me – couldn’t provide any help at all. She suggested I contact the recipients, who of course wouldn’t know either, and it was 4am their time!
This is a «FedEx staffed» location that can’t help you with FedEx questions. Avoid this place.

I use them maybe 3 – 4 times a year. Some employees are the same. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable as well. Sometime they do get real busy there and seems like they could use more employees and maybe a larger store for sure. I am completely satisfied with their work and am glad they are here!
