First time here. Not happy. Watched 3 other tables get their food. Manager came over to tell us our food just went in 5 min ago. They’re gonna comp us a beer. Wow.

The chicken was half cooked amd the manager is so rude & racist! I didnt feel the warm welcome as other hooters locations are. I will never go back to this location ever again! So upset!

So, we’ve been to this location numerous times for food, drinks, and to watch games. Have normally had a great time. My wife and I went there tonight (⁵⁄₇) to watch the Warriors game (drove down from Windsor). Arrived at about 5:50 and we’re told at the door that they were charging $ 15 per person because they were showing a pay-​per-​view fight. we said we were there to watch the Dubs, and they said they would still charge us. So, we immediately left, as did the group of 6 guys ahead of us!
TERRIBLE business decision by management!!! Just for the 2 of us, they missed out on at least $ 100 of food and drinks! Additionally, the waitresses and bartenders missed out on $ 20 – 30 of tips!
We don’t understand why a SPORTS BAR would lose out on WAY more money for food and drinks, just to try and gouge money for a cover charge! Your local NBA team is in the playoffs! You should be welcoming in your local customers, not pushing them away! Really poor choice!!!

Second time there was even better than the first! rico you are a liveing doll!!! your the best hula hooper I’ve ever seen!! im looking forward to makeing this place a regular place to watch all my games, and the food is great also!

Cold beer, hot wings and hard nips. Good draft beer selection. Top tip is the lots of tots. Don’t forget to get a sweet tshirt on your way out.

If I could have given no stars, I would have. Where to begin? Slow service, so slow I was almost setting my alarm clock to make sure I got up for work the next day. Dry, dry boneless wings, so dry I had to sip water with every bite so they could wash down. Cold garlic fries and cold tater tots. The only positive thing is the many televisions to watch your sports of choice on and the wait staff were very sweet yet very slow and extremely distracted. I won’t be going back.

Totally disappointed, I came in tonight from out of town and it being a Wednesday therefore expecting a small crowd with my large family of 8. I was expecting service to be a little slow because of the party size. I was irritated though when we waited 45 minutes for our appetizers of which we only got 2 of the 3 we ordered. We repeatedly had to take our glasses to the waitress station just to get refills on our drinks. They brought out the wings that most of the family ordered about 20 minutes later however the waitress had apparently taken my order down wrong as they brought out the wrong type. We have now been here for over 2 hours and I’m still without food. When I complained to the staff at the hostess both I was told that there were several large groups and with the warrior game on I should expect slow service. This is beyond slow service and I’ve never been treated so poorly at my local restaurant.

Horribly slow service. Waitresses standing around with backs to the tables, it’s unprofessional to stand around sucking on a lollipop and taking pills in full view of customers.
Our food didn’t come at the same time, the wings are over cooked, and dry. The fries were room temperature at best. When we spoke to the manager; Isaiah the manager, he took off the wings.
For the record, Caitlin was working the entire restaurant while other servers stood around. Amazing server. Her manager rolled his eyes and shrugged when we told him.

WINGS WERE A TOTAL BUMMER! They must be pre-​made out of house, I guess we should have expected that but still, sooooo dry and that was our reason for coming.
Also took forever to get one beer :-/​the french fries were the best part of the experience.
Place was very clean but booths were all ripped up, time for new seat covers!

Food is ok typical hooters nothing special. Oysters are awesome (no horse raddish). Food came really slow even if it was a slow night, customer service is mediocre.

Start with the positives. Food was good, wing order: garlic parmesean (I thought it would be dry rub though), habanero bbq & Chipotle honey. All good tastes. Found a couple feathers but I just skipped it. Large sized wings great. Server was friendly and check ins just right.
Buuuut,
1. We were charged dipping sauce when we were told our wings came with 2 dressings.
2. I ordered a side of celery. Not celery with dressing. Thus the extra charge. And celery not properly cleaned!
3. We asked a side of bbq sauce. Thought it would be nice to be informed that it would be an extra .99 cents, which was overpriced, imo.
SO BBQ SAUCE IS .99 CENTS MORE EVERYONE!
Overall, good wings is what we came for.

Slightly disappointed, since they don’t have Owls here. The food and the drinks cheered me up. Turns out there were several attractive women and that was an unexpected BONUS!!! I will come back.

Anybody who gave this place a poor rating because the service sucks is a retard. Why the eff did you come here dude?! To enjoy the exemplary service gourmet cuisine? Shut the f up.
Further — you came in to watch the Pats game? I hope someone spit in your food.

I still love this place. I am updating my review to include that if Reina is your server, you have to request to see the hula hooping (and tip her! She is totaly worth it) But in general all of the servers and service has improved (except for one bartender, whose name I don’t remember, but when I see her working, I just sit at a table in the bar… easy solution.)
Also, I am still a fan of the late night happy hour, and I think the food has improved, or maybe they have just nailed the presentation. The tatertots are crave worthy especially with a side of wings, and pickles.
Lunch specials are great. Happy hour great. I’m happy to come and enjoy the delightfully tacky of sonoma county.

Went in for the Thursday eve game for NFL, Go PATS!!!
Service started out slow, no one came, so flagged a staff person down and little waitress came shortly. Bittany.
Asked for game specials, drinks whatever, didn’t know, came back and reported this. Got a beer and salad and side order with entrée wings, $ 4 bucks. Then later ordered another wing plate, both rung up wrong, server said she was only supposed to serve me one order at that price since I only ordered 1 ENTREE, JEESH… then couldn’t fix the price to 4 bucks, what a mess. Second bad experience at this location, same issues, clueless un– trained staff.

I love this location, the set up, the staff, the happy hour and the experience. I love the many TV screens throughout the restaurant and the girls are very attentive and sweet. This is a sports fan paradise. You can watch all the sports you love at the same time and they have a full bar! My low rating is solely based on the food quality. It’s just mediocre food that you can get a any Applebee’s or other major restaurant chain. But everything else I love. I wish there was ½ star ratings. This is a 3.5 star rating for sure!!! I will go back many more times but for the bar, service and sports.

Since we are here for so long, we decided to come back since there are so many TVs available for sports.
Night #3: another NHL playoff night, we found the one table by the one TV with the game on. The problem was with the waitress. From the get go she was annoying and rude. She was cussing like she was a cool 13 year old, but it made her look like a moron. I don’t want my server throwing out the F word every sentence. Please Brooke, take note and act like a normal human being who cares about what they are doing.
On the same note as above, I’d like to throw out a few props to someone there who actually did a good job. Ginsia waited on our table one night, and served us at the bar another. She was down to earth and legit. Thank you. From what I’ve noticed, it’s a rare quality for a staff member to treat a customer like a normal person at Hooters, but you pulled it off perfectly.
Also, an extra tiny cup of ranch costs a dollar. That seems quite excessive for a place that servers crappy food and a ranch dressing that is way below average. I’m paying $ 1 for maybe an ounce of ranch, but $ 5 for 16 ounces of a small brewed IPA. That just doesn’t make sense. It’s actually insulting.

A Hooters is a Hooters is a Hooters. For the most part, it is all the same.
That being said, Rohnert Park is a strange place for a Hooters!
I’ve been a couple times and the girls are always friendly, food is decent. The idea is getting decent food and beer and catching a game.

Despite the reputation, Hooters actually has pretty decent food. Their wings are delicious and very affordable. The sauces come in 18 different flavors. Their cocktail drinks are good especially the frozen piña colada and strawberry margarita. The fried pickles is my favorite; I would’ve never thought that friend pickles would taste so good. Fish and chips are average; the fries are okay. Good pub food in general and a nice place to hang out with your buddies.
