Charles just did an evaluation of my business’s risk of being hacked or victim of a cyber attack. That was a big wake up call! Charles then gave me a full report of my risks and his recommendation. I now have a list to check and someone who can help me reduce my exposure. Charles is very conscientious and knowledgeable. I recommend him to any Mac user, and to any computer user, Mac or PC for his Cyber risk analysis!

Charles Lindauer is the best Mac guy I’ve ever worked with. He’s extremely knowledgeable about Macs and I only have Macs. He’s on it, as soon as you text him or e-mail him, he answers right away. That’s priceless, because in the past, every time I’d call a Mac guy, (and I’ve gone through a half a dozen or so), I’d have to wait for days before getting a response. Sometimes even a week before they’d come over to work on the computers. He always goes beyond the call of duty and gives me ideas on how to get my Macs work better. Another thing about Charles is that he’s very personable, and turns breakdowns into breakthroughs. I love that. I’m ecstatic to have found Charles. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with a Mac!

Charles is a top-notch Mac consultant and all-around person. I have referred him to several of my clients and the reports back in each case have been nothing but positive.
