This place isn’t in a popular area but its worth a trip. They have good pizza that’s made quickly and is priced really well. They’ll even change the channel so you can watch your game. The best part about this Mt. Mike’s is Kevin the manager. He takes the time to talk to anyone and everyone and is always smiling. If you’re a regular he makes sure you’re taken good care of every time and greats you with a smile. But even if it’s your first time you get the same treatment.

I’m picky and my body won’t tolerate low-quality food. That being said, my family literally threw this pizza away rather than eat it. Yuck.

First of all, I just want to say that Mountain Mikes Pizza is very good. Quality ingredients. The only reason I am writing this review is to let everyone know that mistakes happen, and people get angry and upset. And how a manager handles the situation can make or break a business. I ordered a pizza at 7 o’clock. The lady told me that It would be there within an hour. I typically order pizza twice a month. At about 8:15 I called and asked where my pizza was. They said that it was going to be there shortly. I then called again at 8:30 and said that I would like to cancel my order since it’s been already an hour and a half since I ordered it. The lady on the phone was very apologetic and sincere. She apologized several times and assured me that it would be there soon. I then called back five minutes later and spoke to whom I believe was Jacob. He was the manager on duty. He listened to what I had to say. He expressed how sorry he was and that it would never happen again. He offered to pay for my pizza. That a employee would bring back and refund me the money or bring me a brand-new pizza. I told him that, that was not necessary. That all I wanted was to be informed that my pizza was going to be late or not. Also I told him I would never order from Mountain Mike’s pizza again. He explained to me that there was no excuse and to allow them to make it up next time. He convinced me with his sincerity to give them another chance. I ended up still paying for the pizza. I told him that I did not want a free pizza. I wanted to pay for what I ordered and the reason for my call wasn’t to get the pizza for free but to inform him that he was going to lose a loyal customer. Jacobs persistence and acknowledgment of mountain Mike’s mistake as well as being sincere and understanding has made me give them another chance. I hope next time they will notify me if my order will be late. I still love their pizza, and now they have my respect with their customer service.

Gluten free pizza is good. Hot wings were s disappointment. Soggy texture and no spice. Easy online ordering.

Best tasting pizza place around and fast delivery. No matter what you get, it’s always bound to be good. Although the prices are higher than most pizza places around, the quality is high and well worth the price. Upon delivery the deliverymen are generous and will make sure you have everything that you need. Usually it takes around 40 minutes(I live about 2 miles away). The interior of the place has a rather homely and comfortable feeling, and although I recall the bathrooms being a little dirty, it has a good ambiance and a nice seating arrangement.

Slowest delivery EVER! We ordered a pizza at 7pm and were told it would be at our place in 30 minutes. We called three times and finally at 8:55 we received our cold pizza with not even so much as a sorry. We live 10 minutes from the location so there was no reason for the pizza to be more then an hour late. When we called the first two times the girl at the front assured us our pizza was«the first in route» and the delivery driver was«on his way». Finally the third time we called at 8:45 we asked to cancel the order because it had been so long and we weren’t going to eat a cold pizza. The girl on the phone responded with«wow you guys call a lot, there’s nothing I can do, your pizza is on its way, maybe I can pass you to my manager, he might give you a discount next time.» We were promptly hung up on and another ten minutes later our pizza finally arrived COLD. Needless to say we will not be eating at that mountain mikes again! save your money and eat at Mary’s or dominos they deliver a lot faster then this mountain mikes.

I got a message from Molly, from marketing and ops. Even though I appreciate the«try us again» I can’t get over the raw chicken wings especially after the cook assured me that they were cooked properly.

We always get the mountain, it’s huge, tasty, and eliminates the need for a multiple pizza order in our house!

We got the chicken and bacon club pizza. Couldn’t be more pleased. Clean salad bar, icy cold beer & they even have an arcade to pipe the little ones.

My family and I eat all kinds of pizza but Mountain Mikes is amazing. They have the most delicious pizza with the yummy cheese, the crusty dough, and the fresh vegetables all topped on each other. It has friendly customer service. This pizza is a very addicting and i really hope you have a good experience with it.

The special Roberts roost I think it’s called. It’s white sauce and chicken. It’s addicting. They deliver super fast and I’ve had it delivered curb side to my car. Literally. In a parking lot.

I’ve only had one type of pizza from these guys. The Hawaiian, bacon bbq something or other. Some friends came over for cards one night and ordered from here swearing its awesomeness. Wow. Best damn pizza I’ve had in a while. After one bite I knew I was in for life. My buddy said it was like candy and he wasn’t too far off. I want to order other things from here but the thought of not eating that specific pizza is too difficult to bear.

Was here for pizza and wings. The pizza was pretty good, though if we go back, might try the thin crust. The cheese seemed to include cheddar or some yellow cheese mixed in. I like all mozzarella and that was NOT it. Also the wings are baked not fried, which I guess is healthier. Even when I sent them back to get them crispier, they must send them through a conveyor like oven, because they STILL weren’t crispy enough and I couldn’t eat them.

Okay, so. Mountain Mike’s. Let’s run down the list: Pizza, pretty damn good. There’s only two places that I felt were/are better, Fregene’s and Mombo’s. Mombo’s is thin crust style though, and Fregene’s is closed(and has been). Better than Domino’s, better than Round Table. As a take-out place, it’s fine. Show up, take your pizza away. This is fine. Never had them deliver, so I can’t comment there. Dine-in, not so great. The employees there are obviously college students, by their age and demeanor. I went there recently with my girlfriend for dinner after what was a pretty tiring day. We just wanted to sit down somewhere simple and enjoy a meal. Some examples of what I mean by «obviously college students, by their demeanor»: 1. When one of the girls came to bring out our breadsticks, she arrived at our table then pulled the tray away and said«I’ll eat these for you!» before placing them on the table and saying«Just kidding!». I understand it’s harmless humor but it’s not professional and not appreciated. 2. Another one of the girls was staring at her phone behind the counter, in full view of the customers. Again, minor, but also unprofessional. 3. There was a girl who was sitting on the counters. This is a big red flag for me – don’t put your butt where food goes, and if you have enough time to sit around and do nothing, at least do it in the back. 4. One of the employees was loudly proclaiming that she was going to be having a party at her house the next night. Over and over, loudly enough that we noticed her repeating it enthusiastically while we ate. Again, unprofessional. 5. Delivery drivers consistently parked their vehicles in the spots right in front of the store, while I had to take a parking spot in front of the business next door. Shouldn’t the parking directly in front of your business be for customers? So, 5 stars for the pizza itself(which has always been top-notch), –2 stars for the obvious unprofessionalism from the staff. I understand for a lot of these people, working at a pizza joint is not likely to be their life-long career, but that is not an excuse to maintain some semblance of decorum when interacting with, or in view, of the public.

I love the pizza @ Mountain Mikes, but 4 times now this location has made me wait over an hour to get my pizza. I ordered it @ 6:00 pm from home(on the phone), and now its 7:15, and I am standing here like an idiot watching others get their pizzas. The guy behind the counter told me that the order never got received by the kitchen. Hmmm, same thing happened the previous 3 times. No offer for money back, or even a side salad. All I got was a stupid apology, and a bunch if weird looks for waiting — as if I will get my food soon. Talk about a waste of time. I’m not even hungry anymore. What’s the point of ordering to go? Looks like I’ll be here for a while. Sad.

Best pizza place around, hands down. Been eating here for years and it’s always been consistently good through the years! They have the best pepperoni out of any other pizza place. They recently just did a ton of remodeling in the store and they have a bunch of flat screens and new booths and tables. It was already a fun place to watch football and baseball games but these new TVs make it that much better! Long story short, if you’re debating on where to go get pizza you definitely won’t regret getting Mountain Mikes!

This place is solid. I’ve had the pepperoni and the meat combination pizzas. Not too greasy at all, and even tasted good cold the next day. Overall, a good choice when you just want good pizza and aren’t necessarily looking for a blow your mind experience. Sometimes you just need a good solid pizza.

So I have only been here once and when I visit several more times I will re-evaluate my rating should it need it. But as it goes, my first experience was a more than decent one. But not for reasons one may expect. It wasn’t that it was the most delicious pizza I have ever had. The pizza was ok, not bad, but not great. It was the customer service and honesty. I called in and ordered for take-out. I used a living social deal. I ordered one of their specialty pizzas with light cheese on half. They told me 20 minutes. So I went over there exactly 20 minutes later and when I arrived they took my living social coupon and brought me not one… but two pizzas! They said that they had made a mistake on their end and therefore we were getting two pizzas. I didn’t have to wait longer than my original 20 minutes either, both pizzas were ready when I got there. The fact that they gave us both pizzas, the incorrect as well as the correct, was honest and awesome. With that and the pizza being decent, I give them the 4 stars. I plan to try their other specialties and then I will update my review if needed.
