I’ve relocated next to the Shell Gas Station right in front of the fire station on M section. It’s still the same quality of service with much better upgrades when it comes to the spa chairs; it has a wide variety of colors to choose from. I always have the newest colors and trends and it’s definitely worth it to check out my new spa. You will not be disappointed coming in for the first time!:)

Stopped by in a hurry for a gel manicure. When I walked in I should have turned around and walked out! This place is DISGUSTINGLYDIRTY! I’m shocked they are still in business and state board hasn’t closed them down. I walked in and was not greeted but felt like I was bothering the woman sitting in the pedicure chair who didn’t even bother to say hello or even get up! I had to ask her if I could get a manicure! The counter nail table has brown dirt areas from ppls hands and arms! The towels covered in stains. literally thought I may be getting a fungus as I sat there! The inside of the uv light has layers of dirt I could feel where fingers go! Manicure was terrible! Cuticles still not pushed back! The worst was when I went up to pay and the counter was littered with dirty old half drank coffee cups, a half drank coke, and an open bag of Cheetos in the guest chair! I had to find a clear space to sign for my cc. STAYFARAWAY from this place!

I’ve been going to this shop for years. Never had a bad experience and my nails always done perfectly. I normally make an appointment, but on days when I show up on the fly I am usually taken with 30 minutes, no problem. From my experience, staff is always friendly to all their guests. All in all, I’m a very happy customer!

Will not return. Dirty store, not a good pedicure:(, and the chairs don’t massage! Not a very good pedicure! Very sloppy.

I have been going to Traci at Pro Nails for 11 years now. She’s the best around and Jenny does my toes and she’s the best as well. I would highly recommend this place. My mani/pedi last for about 1 month.

If you are looking for a relaxing experience, this is not the place to find it. I made appointments for my wedding party(7 people total) a week in advance. I specifically indicated I would like the experience to be relaxing and time spent on each of the services provided. I did not want the typical rush job as many salons do. I was assured repeatedly this would happen. I was even told the salon would be reserved exclusively for my party as there would be only 3 people working during the time we were coming. Several appointments came in while were there and were completed while our appointments were going. We arrived at the salon and we were sent to the pedicure chairs and nail techs. I was told to sit in an empty station while the owner finished up with a client. The owner then proceeded to perform my manicure with shellac in between doing the nails of the person next to me. My manicure consisted of using a dremel to push my cuticles back, clipping and filing my nails, and putting shellac on my nails. There was no soak or removal of my cuticles, no buffing, no massage, nothing I am accustomed to when I receive a manicure. The most disgusting part of this besides the back and forth was the price of $ 40(this was for my manicure only)!! Also, my daughter received a manicure and pedicure. Her nails were painted along with her cuticles and surrounding skin. Her manicurist did not remove her cuticles or hang nails. I did request her nails be repainted and they were. Her pedicure was not up to par either, but since she was not going to have toes showing in the wedding we decided they didn’t need to be redone. My sister-in-law was cut 3 times during her pedicure and decided she didn’t want to risk injury, so she did not receive her manicure. My mother-in-law’s toenails were cut extremely short also. The services were completed 1 week ago and my shellac has come off 5 nails due to chipping. The injuries suffered by my sister-in-law and mother-in-law are healing. I would not recommend Pro Nails to anyone, and have told several people of the experience we had here that could have ruined my wedding day if I would have let it!

Came in as a walk in for a mani/pedi. The lady was very nice and I really liked her. However she cut my toes Way Too short and made me bleed on one. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted them to be cut so that’s the only thing. She painted my nails really nice and even helped me with my one year old son who I brought along. And it was kind of pricey I got a design on my toes and fingers and left a $ 5 tip and the total for $ 57. Holy cow I didn’t it expect it to be soo much. And as i came home and took the picture i noticed the design was a little messed up. It’s a good salon just make sure you ask how much everything is and make sure you check their work before you leave :)

I went here because a friend recommended it and it’s close to where I live. I really enjoyed it there. The prices were good and they did a great job! Also they actually had someone waiting for me because I had an appointment. Most nail places will make you wait appointment or not.

Great Salon and Friendly ladies! I have been going to this place for years and I am always satisfied. They always make sure that you are happy but are not afraid to give their opinions as well, so if you are sensitive move on! Quick and efficient so I can get in and out! not inexpensive but quality and safety are worth the price!

Tracy has done my nails for the last five years and she is the best. I have gone to other nail salons and they do not compare. I get pink/whites and a pedicure and I am happy with the quality every time. I would recommend anyone that lives in the area to go to Pro Nails and Spa!

This place is very clean and nice and has really nice chairs. The girls that work there speak English well. One girl always remembers my name too. The service there is decent, my nails always look good. The treatment itself, however, is so-so. Except for the one girl who remembers my name, none of the other gals ever talk to you other than«How are you?». Sometimes I get to soak in the warm water and sometimes I don’t. The massage is nothing special. Their prices are higher than other salons in RP. They do not accept credit cards which could be inconvenient for some people, so bring cash.

Okay seriously $ 50 for a mani/pedi(oh wait I got a flower too… being sarcastic of course) Yeah the staff was very unfriendly. It was clean and I didn’t have to wait, but I at least figured that if I was going to pay a little bit more it would be worthwhile. I usually pay $ 32 for a mani/pedi with a flower and leave a $ 5 tip. My bill here was $ 47 and I just rounded up to $ 50. Screw that. Ladies don’t waste your time. Horrible.

Came here last saturday and got a Mani/Pedi. Place was clean. Staff was friendly, and the chatter from the regulars was certainly entertaining to say the least… however $ 42 for a mani/pedi is ridiculous. Also, my mani didn’t last 4 days. I have a hang nails, and the area around my nails has cracked and in spots bled. Also, the paint is chipping, and cracking. Really dissappointing.

I went here once. Turned out nice. Went here because it was what my friends and I could afford. They asked if I wanted rounded or square. I said rounded, she said, «no, you don’t want that, it’s ugly.» So I got square… my friend wanted black with a blue glitter over it. Instead of saying it wouldn’t meld right or wouldn’t show up, she asked why she couldn’t get that they got in an arugument over it being ugly. Needless to say they have«personality»… But they get one star for it looking nice. Needless to say I now go to Bella Kharma nail salon on old redwood hwy.

I think Christopher has the wrong salon. All of the pedicure chairs and foot baths are brand new. No cracks at all. Beautifully decorated and clean salon.

They do great nails here, some of the best in the area, but no one here is friendly, and I have been here a TON of times. You kinda just have to sacrafice good service for good quality product. The nails are worth the bitchy attitudes.

Tracy is so funny! Cute little Asian girl with a powerhouse GO! She’s the only person that does my nails the way I like them; not the way THEY like them. She always makes sure I’m happy with the look before I leave. She does NOT use reconstituted polish and DOES clean her tools and tubs after each customer. That’s rare… no need to worry about getting a fungus from this place! Her prices are good, too. $ 38 for a fill and pedicure. $ 45 for Pink & Whites. Not bad. At all! I love Tracy.
