In the past I would haven given more stars. I have purchased several cell phones from this location and others. I choose Radio Shack for the variety of phones the carry and the general knowledge the sales folks normally have. The past 2 times I have stopped by on weekday evenings and the same crew is working. They have no motivation to help nor have knowledge of the phone department. Today my phone was stolen and I went into good ol Radio Shack to buy a new one. Where in the past the sales folks would have been all over me like a pack of wolves, today I encountered pure laziness. Apparently they had little to no knowledge of what a phone would cost, but also had no clue what phones were in stock. After waiting for them to check. They revealed out of the 30 + phones on display, they only had 2 phones in stock. Guess I’ll go somewhere else.

Came to Santa Rosa to visit my in laws but I completely forgot my own headphones to bring with me to the gym down at Rohnert Park. I decided to purchase a pair of Beats earphones and the guy was friendly enough to knock down the price for a military discount when he saw the military pictures in my wallet.
Unfortunately I came to dislike the earphones since they fell out of my ears all too easily during my runs and had to return them.

GREAT Experience!
A couple months back, Mitchell & Jeremiah were very helpful in getting a tape out of a Super/​Hi-​8 Camcorder for me. They were patient, understanding, and eager to help. As they didn’t sell anything, they didn’t make a profit. I am so appreciative for these two guys taking 45 mins. to diagnose that («ancient», by today’s standards) camera!
The manager should be gracious for having two valuable employees like them!

Bought cell phones there, they do not work anywhere near my house, this isn’t radio shacks fault they even check sprints website for me and it said I was covered. I decided to try Verizon the manager drove and got the phones for me. I would rate this 5 stars but don’t expect this service at other shacks in the area. I did previously rate this with a complaint but it was a misunderstaning that radioshack did not cause.

This is one of the nicer RS locations I’ve visited recently. The staff was decently helpful, though I usually know what I’m looking for and where to find it when I walk in. The Merch is well organized and stocked. They have a great DIY section.
Plenty of cell phones and accessories, which is RadioShack’s flagship business these days, it seems. Great store.

I have been waiting to get my new iPhone for a few weeks and while I am not happy about the wait the staff at Radio shack RP Raleys town center has been awesome, Dave and Jeremiah and the whole staff have been patient attentive and happy to take my calls asking «is it there yet» LOL anyway I will go out of my way to go to this radio Shack just because of the staff, keep up the good work… o and get my iphone in please :)

I was real impressed that the young man at the counter here knew the exact location in the store of the rather obscure battery I needed. It was a quick in & out. I’ve been to other radio shacks in California, where I travel often for business, & haven’t found the staff nearly as on the ball as at this location. They recycle batteries, but not the type I was replacing. Parking is in a large grocery store anchored parking lot off the Rohnert Park Expressway, just off the 101 freeway. There’s a lot of freeway construction currently, and the temporary Rohnert Park Expressway exit isn’t as clearly marked as it might be.

Excellent Fast Customer Service. Been going here for years. Very happy with the service of the employees. They have many items lower priced then larger stores such as Best Buy. Thanks for the excellent service over the years.

Been to many a Radio Shack, and this was the first one where I actually spoke with someone knowledgeable AND enthusiastic. Helped me find what I needed quickly. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was genuinely interested in making me a satisfied customer.

You simply cannot get better service and knowledge at any Best Buy, Target or Walmart. Pedro and John, absolutely dedicated to you leaving with everything you need to know. Each time we’ve gone in, and it’s been alot, we receive service as if we are the only one’s in the place, and it gets busy in there! They do exchanges and returns seamlessly, telling you every angle so you don’t feel misled. Most important, they are always helpful, friendly and literally walking within feet of the front door to greet you. Now THAT is old school service that you just don’t find anymore. Great Service! As soon as I walked in, Pedro asked me if I needed any help. I asked him about the Garmin GPS in the Day after Thanksgiving ad. I also asked about the Casio camera on sale, but they only had pink left. So Pedro rang up the GPS for me, smiling the whole time. I was in and out of there in just a few minutes. Thanks for the great service Pedro!
