I recently started service with Sprint and couldn’t be happier. The girl that set up the service plan was a doll, and very knowledgable. Yesterday I lost my phone. The employees at the store let me use their phone, told me the best plan of action in the event my phone didn’t come back, and went on iCloud to set off the alarm on the phone. My phone was returned safely. Great store. Great service every time. Thank you.

I waited 3 months to write this review; HOPING I WASWRONG. Sadly, I wasn’t. I went in to replace my outdated phone. I was happy with my existing plan and just wanted to renew the contract and buy a new phone. It was the manager who helped me. He was a real fast talker, but really seemed like we was trying to make me a satisfied customer. I repeatedly told him that I did not want a higher monthly bill and I didn’t want to pay more in the long run for the phone itself. What he was telling me seemed too good to be true. I must of asked him 10 times if he was sure my bill wasn’t going up. He assured me it would be a difference of only $ 1 or so. He was changing my husband and I to the One Up plan(new phone every 12 months) and this other feature was that our rates were locked in for life. He warned us that the bill might seem off the first couple of months, but by the 3rd month the standard bill would arrive. First month(11⁄13), my bill was the same $ 147. Month 2(12⁄13), I freaked when I saw it at $ 216. I even went in and spoke with him again. He assured me that the next month would be back to my normal bill(about $ 147). It arrived(1⁄14) $ 172. I didn’t want to over-react again, so I waited hoping the next bill would right itself. The bill this month(2⁄14) was $ 171. Apparently, I’m now stuck paying $ 25 more per month. I’m so frustrated. I was SO clear that i did not want a higher monthly bill. And that I didn’t care if I had to pay for the phone as long as my bill stayed the same. I feel like he pulled a fast one on me. I won’t be going back and want my contract ends, my husband and I will be leaving Sprint. The service isn’t the best anyway and for the price I’m paying, I’d rather go with another carrier. Totally bummed.
