Jeff’s A pros pro ! I recently had a shutter that needed service and some parts replaced. I’ve never met Jeff before I called him over the weekend. He asked me to stop by the shop, he had all the parts available. I was on my way within 10 minutes.

Thank goodness for Jeff at Shuttercraft! We had installed new windows with nice decorative trim around the inside. Our new windows also had interior screens on a few of the windows with crank handles further complicating the installation of plantation style window coverings. Four companies came out. Two of them told me they could modify some shutters and «make them work». One told me I had to rip off my beautiful expensive trim and then they could do it. The fourth, said «you need Jeff of Shuttercraft.» A fantastic meeting with Jeff and a price worked out, we now have beautiful plantation style shutters on 8 of our windows without having to rip off our trim and plan to do a few more in the next few years. About a week after installation Jeff called to see how they were working and came out about a week later to make some minor adjustments. The shutters have been in place for about half a year now, and as we like fresh air and to air out in winter, we have been using them and everything is working great. Have dealt with Shuttercraft for years. Now have them on all the windows in the house (10 plus). Jeff Chastain has been prompt, courteous, etc. (all the good words).
Recently one of the magnetic latches broke. A quick call to Jeff and the replacement was on the doorstep. He would have installed it too, but we were out when he came by.
Wish I had more windows needing Shutters. If I did I would not hesitate to use Shuttercraft again.
