Eric is phenomenal! Having worked out and stayed very active athletically for 35 years, I thought I knew it all. Eric very tactfully showed me that might not be the case. I learned many new excercises and routines that worked my muscles in ways I hadn’t been able to hit before. I also had a lingering issue resulting from a rotator cuff surgery 10 years ago. Eric showed me a shoulder routine that didn’t focus on the big shoulder muscles, but instead honed in on all the supporting small muscles in the shoulder joint. As a triathlete, this has helped tremendously with my swimming. Eric not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. He is an accomplished and highly competitive mountain biker and climber yet maintains a humbleness that is refreshing. While being able to work with athletes in all sports, he has also trained my two younger daughters and my wife. No matter your skill level, he will have something that can help you. No more dull workout routines that you mindlessly glide through each day. Eric’s infectious enthusiasm will keep you coming back for more! highly recommended!

Symbiotic Training Concepts is a welcoming state of the art facility. Eric takes the time to create custom individualized treatment plans for one to one sessions and compiles a challenging variety of fresh group training classes. I appreciate his focus on functional movement and how to be the best version of yourself. He makes me feel proud of my accomplishments while holding me accountable for my life. After working with Eric, I feel energized, happier, have better posture, strength and I’m in less pysical pain.

I’ve been working out with Eric for 2 months and my results have been incredible! I’ve lost 10lbs which is great, but an overall total of 5 inches off my waist, hips and chest which is AWESOME! Eric is an elite personal trainer with a wealth of knowledge. I’ve been to personal trainers before, but none of them have been as informative and helpful as Eric at Symbiotic Training Concepts. I went to Eric complaining of hip pain and back pain and he adjusted my workouts accordingly and before I knew it I was pain free. After 2 months at 3x a week we have never done the same workout. It keeps my body guessing and the workouts fun and fresh. Thanks to Eric I can honestly say that I feel better physically and mentally in every aspect of my life!
