Great breakfast, pink lemonade, and great for lunch. Haven’t been there for dinner. We get the Ruben’s(but they call it something else– Newport sandwich) and change regular to yam fries. YUM. They have an awesome breakfast special. Service is great, friendly and attentive.

Bristol Café is my go to breakfast spot in Rolling Hills. The atmosphere is on the lines of cafes you’d find in Portland, OR or parts of San Francisco. The Bristol Farm Café Traditional Breakfast for $ 4.99 is the a steal! Their food is farm fresh and delectable. If you order coffee, they almost automatically give you a cup to go. A good spot, good price, good value.

Can’t beat their dessert selection — just pick one in the grocery, pay there, bring it here. But I agree their service is slow, and menu selections are soso — but I like them. But it’s not fast. For that go to Noahs or some other place.

The only reason I still come here is because of a server named Leticia. Some are nicer than others but she is actually friendly and seems to care if your order gets messed up. Some servers will mess up your order and then purposely ignore you. As far as the food goes, it’s average. I only come for the convenience and proximity to work.

This place would be fantastic if it wasn’t for their terrible service, over priced generic food, whilst maintaining the aroma of a geriatric home. And who charges for a side of ranch? That’s ridiculous.

I’ve been coming to this Bristol Café, as well as the Bristol Farms it’s attached to, for years, so it’s really nice that they remodeled it. I kind of mud the old design though, but pelt for nostalgic reasons, haha. The items on their menu are pretty simple and don’t really change: breakfast items from morning until noon and burgers and salads in the afternoon with few select options for dinnertime. I do wish they’d add a few more items and variety to the menu, or keep the breakfast menu available all day, since I come here so much with my family. The service is friendly but can be slow at times. It’s not uncommon for the wait time to be long. My family and I really adores Vanessa’s service, and is the reason my rating is 4 stars. She is always very friendly and cheerful. Her attitude with customers is very warm and makes you feel like you’re coming to visit a friend. It also doesn’t hurt that she remembers our usual orders and requests. If you come on a day she is working, you are in for a treat!

I would give it 2 ½ stars but not sure how to do it. I feel very mixed. Breakfast is great. For $ 5.00 you get 2 eggs, 2 bacon, toast and either potatoes or fruit(my choice). Today they made it perfectly. As many have said, the service is a little slow, but if you are not in a big hurry it is reasonable. Some of the staff are very helpful and friendly(for example Madison and Vanessa). However, one staff person was particularly bureaucratic and unhelpful named Louisa M. or something close to that. I have breakfast there occasionally which closes at 12:00 noon. One day I rushed to get there, arrived at 2 minutes to noon(by my digital phone and Apple watch, both of which are very accurate). I sat down starving and after several minutes she sauntered over and I asked for the breakfast. She said it was too late. I told her I was there before 12 by 2 minutes and she said no, she glanced at the clock when I came in and it was just 12. Today I checked their clock… it is an old analogue clock that is running a few minutes fast still. I get it when they have a cut off time… but it they are going to be punctilious about it, the clock should be accurate. She didn’t say it in words but appeared to be happy to block me from breakfast… like… ha ha… you missed it! I didn’t go back for a while after that, but today I didn’t want to cook and lucked into better help. But don’t go to breakfast too close to noon if L.M. is there clock watching the speeding clock – unless you bring an atomic clock and ask for the manager. Thankfully there will soon be some competition, a Good Stuff restaurant that will serve breakfast in the neighborhood.

This place sucks!!! They said it would take 5 to 6 minutes and I waited 45 minutes for a SANDWICH and they got the side wrong and asked me what cheese I wanted(I said cheddar) and then didn’t put any cheese. They gave me free lemonade because I waited so long but that does not excuse the other mistakes.

My breakfast came out cold. I asked for coffee 5 times before I got it. I think I was there for over an hour for a simple meal. The lady next to me sent her food back. It’s like one of those nightmare kitchen episodes with Gordon Ramsey!

Haven’t been here in awhile mostly because the customer service was really slow and not friendly. Went yesterday to take out some lunch and had: Veggie Sandwich, really good on multigrain bread, with avocado, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, red onion and some kind of tasty aioli. Potato salad, good had a lot of crunchy stuff in it. Los Verdes Turkey, really good on a french roll with turkey, gouda, red onion. Cheeseburger w/fries, son says it was good. All in all a good experience, customer service was really friendly and nice but it still took 20 minutes to get the food. Will be back.

My 4th and last time here… I had one great meal. the rest were chasing the dragon… never ever close to the one meal. POORSERVICE, refills on coffee I had to go up to the counter to ask for. 3 other tables occupied and waited 25 min for a burger and a Cesar salad… Soup???(It was pouring outside) nope, no soup today at 3pm, Chili? No chili… so I got the salad. Which arrived… a mound of lettuce, dressing in a cup on the side(why???) And parmesan cheese straight out of a kraft shaker. PS Salad was described as hand tossed. guess it meant my own hands !!! The laziness here doesnt match the high price of the food WATCHOUT, If they offer build your own burgers or make your own omelettes, you might be in the kitchen beating the eggs!

Interesting place. Large coffee is «only» $ 2.25. Good size cup, but just above average quality. Unless you want a $ 2.49 bagel, breakfast is an additional $ 8 to $ 10. Yeah, I get the location, but ouch! Ironically, dinner seems like your relatively best bet, and Thursday’s $ 20 «wine dinner» seems like a bargain. Should plan to come back for that! Service is always super pleasant and there’s rarely a line.

Short version — Service was terrible. I was out on a Saturday morning, running errands with my daughter. We decided to stop into this coffee shop for a quick breakfast. It’s part of Bristol Farms so we thought it had to be good. We were very disappointed. 30 minutes to get a breakfast burrito and a bagel? Breakfast burrito was ok, nothing special.
