We ordered our pizzas online. 2 Handmade Pan Pizzas. We ordered at 8:15 pm and we called to see where our pizzas were at 8:45 pm. They told us it sometimes takes up to 45 minutes. We went online to «track» our order and it said, «Dig in!» even though we didn’t have our pizzas. We called again to see what was going on and when we were explaining that it said«Dig in» they were not only clueless as to what that meant, they hung up on us! We called again, no answer. We switched phones so they wouldn’t recognize our number and they answered. When I was finally able to talk to Diane, she said our pizzas were delayed because the people for the delivery before us were not home! And our pizzas were where??? Even though the Dominos tracking system said our order had been delivered, the delivery person hadn’t even made it to the gate to check in to make the delivery to our house. Ridiculous! They could have had the courtesy to call to tell us of the delay, but they feigned«cluelessness.» When wearied to call to find out, they hung up on us multiple times. And the worst part is Dominos can make their delivery tracking system«lie» for them. Is this to cover up for their promise of fast delivery??? We were shocked! We cancelled our order and are now very hunger at 9:30 pm — an hour and 15 minutes after we took the time to order online.

Had a great service at this Domino’s! Ordered a Large 3-Topping Pizza online for Carryout. Got there in 10 minutes and my order was ready to go. I was in and out within a few seconds. Parking was simple, plenty of parking in the center they’re located in. The pizza was delicious and fresh. No complaints at all.

Community-oriented — they donated a few pizzas to our school’s PTA holiday event to help us raise money for our school. We really appreciated the tasty pizzas!

I’ve been going to this dominos my entire life and know the number by heart. They’ve never let me down! The only time they did I guess they had forgotten to make my pizza so it was delivered an hour after I called. they gave me a free pizza coupon! They’re nice people. I like this dominos.

I’ve been ordering from this location for a good while now and they need to work on consistency. I ordered a veggie large and a pasta bowl for pickup. I should have checked it while I was there but as soon as I got home they bread bowl had not been cooked all the way. There were still solid masses of cheese not melted. And the veggie pizza was fine until I found a sausage meat in my mouth. MEATON A VEGGIEPIZZA!!! I ordered veggie to avoid meat. When I called to get my refund they only had excuses saying it must have been the pizza cutter that had a piece of meat on it. So they do not wipe or wash they’re utensils. It was the manager Vicky who refunded me. The next time I ordered I got a Brooklyn style 8 cheese pizza which I FULLY enjoyed. I reorder the same exact pizza and get this nasty oily mess. I don’t want to pay almost 25 $ for a Pizza I don’t like. The manager VICKY was saying how I had must have ordered a hand tossed and not a Brooklyn style when I know what I ordered. She lied and said I didn’t order the Brooklyn style and how I got refunded last time because there was a problem. Yeah meat was in a non meat order! !! she said whoever made it the first time made it wrong and that was she had made was correct. I don’t have anything to base what’s right of wrong on if they just improvise every time they make it And then she said I should call my ordet in so they can make it right. She only wants me to call it in so corporate doesn’t see my comments and reviews. I’m calling corporate and telling them she was accusing me of wanting an unjustified refund when it’s Vicky and her staff that’s messing up. They cut the pizza in 8 slices the first time and she said that it’s not possible. They don’t cut pizzas is 8 slices. I can count I’m not stupid. They hate there job and don’t care about they customer. They need a better manager to train and check quality.

I must tip my hat off to Food Engineers at Dominoes. Your thin crust pizza is the by far the worst pizza in America. My 88 year old Mom and I were in a rush and had no expectations. But this experience exceeded my wildest dreams of just atrocious. First, the«crust» is actually a cracker that has already been pre-cooked(maybe a few years ago). It was stale and warm and didn’t even approach stale bread. As I took a first bite– the strong taste of vomit-either the sauce or the cheese-or perhaps both-going down my throat-I smelled the vegetables that were spoiled — perhaps they might be implicated-Are you kidding me. Did anyone who makes a salary actually eat this fecal creation before putting it on the market? People argue over the«Best Pizza» in America-My vote goes to place in New Haven Called Frank Pepes’ Pizza — Some people can make an argument for a few places in NYC or Chicago-But I dare anyone to try the thin crust pizza at Dominos and tell me there is a worse eating experience in America.

Sad, to write this because their gluten free pizza tastes pretty good for fast food pizza… I have been to the Silver Spur Domino’s twice and both times the service was horrible and the establishment was empty of customers. Still, I had to ring the bell and wait for aprx. 10 minutes to order. First time it was a man waiting on me and second time it was a woman. Both people seemed to dislike their job. The first time we ordered pizza at Domino’s it was the gluten free pizza with cheese and it tasted great. The second time I visited, there was a several piles of yellow flour or cornmeal all over the counter. I asked if the gluten free pizza would be placed on top of the flour? I was told«yes». I mentioned that would cross contaminate the gluten free pizza and make us sick. I was told«yes, guess it would». Next, I asked if the pizza pans were washed after pizza’s were made? I was told«no». They are just reused over and over without being washed. I asked if they would mind washing one for us since we were ordering the gluten free pizza? I was told that they would NOT do that for us and they didn’t really do gluten free pizza after all. I said, «ok» «thanks» and left without ordering and I think they were glad to get rid of me. Red Brick does all of this for everyone that orders pizza. I never have to ask. I have spent literally several hundred dollars at Red Brick on pizza and will continue to do so. Was looking to change it up a little since we order pizza so much. But, I will never go back to Domino’s Silver Spur again.

I’m giving them 1 star for customer service. I’ve been going to this location for several years. It’s been OK. This visit I decide to try the new Pan Pizza. A getting it home, we bit into it and the dough was still raw in the middle. I called the next day to tell them about it and they told me to speak to Theresa, the manager later in the day. I decided to stop by in person since I was going to another store in the same plaza anyway. After patiently waiting 5 minutes to talk to her, I explained what happened and how it was raw in the middle and we had to cut off several inches of each piece so it was edible. She got a bit defensive and said«I sold 8 last night and didn’t have any problems». I told her again, well mine was raw in the middle. Then she said«Thanks for letting me know». That was it. No refund, no replacement, nothing. At that point I decided it wasn’t worth the effort to argue over a pizza, so they just lost a long time customer. I’ll drive down the hill to the other Dominos in the future. Bad customer service. How do they know the other 8 people didn’t have a problem also. Everyone doesn’t take the time and trouble to speak up. I went there for the principle of the thing. I wonder how many other people they’ve lost to bad customer service like that?

This is 4 stars for fast food pizza, which is a significantly different scale than your standard pizza scale. However, Domino’s has really stepped up their game with the new Artisan Pizza. I had Salami with Roasted Vegetables, which had basil, onions, red peppers, and banana peppers over a light garlic parmesan sauce and a light dusting of cheese. The crust is thin, but chewy. All of the ingredients tasted really fresh — not processed. And, my pizza was hot and ready when promised for carryout. The staff is not very friendly, but I think that the pizza biz is a tough one.

The food was adverage. The mexican women working the register did not like her job. When i asked her for napkins after I received my pizza, she ignored me since she listens to music when she works. Who te heck listens to music when they work???

the new pizza they talk about isnt really anything that new, i feel its pretty much the say except a little more crispy and they rub a garlic sauce on the edge of the crust. the regular crust is prolly the best at dominos… i like the thin crust even though its not as filling as the regular. the thick or pan crust though is pretty terrible, i feel like they either dont cook it properly or something but if u want pan pizza dont get it from here… other than the pasta bowl and sandwichs arent that bad, yet very greasy but what fast food isnt these days.

I hate ordering from Domino’s since the pizza is mediocre. It has gotten better since they changed up the recipes but still it isn’t the best. It is very convenient being in the Peninsula Shopping Center but I just saw they will be moving down the street near Bristol Farms soon.

What else can be said about the PV Domino’s Pizza. it tastes like every other Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever had. The only reason I’m at all reminiscent about this one(if I am, since I’m not really sure) is the fact I used to eat their pepperoni pizza w/friends almost every Friday all the way through jr. high so that’s one thing I remember. And it’s the first location that I ever tried Domino’s. OK that said, honestly the good thing about Domino’s is they have decent sauce compared to all their competition, and I suggest extra sauce so it’s still edible the next day. Otherwise the coagulated cheese and hard crust will soak up whatever bit of moisture is left on top of the bread and it won’t be edible. In general, the crust is an amazing replica of corrugated cardboard. That’s really the only gripe I have about their pies. The medium for $ 5 deals seem to be pretty good.

i love the fact that this dominos participates in the online ordering system that they have recently developed. it makes me feel like sandra bullock in THENET where she orders pizza online and doesn’t talk to her neighbors and basically avoids humanity all together(i can only strive to be like her). either way, it was easy and efficient. they showed up with the correct pizza in about 25 minutes(must have been a slow night). hooray for the standby dominos. this is what happens when i’m too unmotivated to cook.
