Over an hour late! Called them three times! First time I was told the driver was 5 mins away. 20mins later was told he was almost there. A further 20mins after that was told he 5mins away! I asked if my pizza would be hot and the manager said«yes, it was made 15mins ago!» So how many times do the staff like to LIE to their customers?! Oh, and the food was cold… The store is a 10min drive away. Domino’s from now on…

So I ordered a pizza thru their Internet website and I had one simple special request. The sauce drizzle they offer on top of your pizza to be only on half the pizza. I anticipated that this might trip up a would be pizza making guy as he works diligently to push these pizza orders thru. So I decided to go one step further even though I had already written special instructions on the internet order. I called them and confirmed my «special request» so they could get it right. Well, obviously as I had foreseen this simple«special request» proved to be too much of a task for these fast food chain pizza making guys and got my order wrong! I’ve order from this place on multiple occasions but the one thing they consistently lack is communication skills. Their space cadets so costumers please beware! Make sure they get your pizza order right before you leave. Although they did offer to make me another pizza it wasn’t exactly the pizza I originally ordered and they didn’t even offer to give me the botched pizza(half of it was correct) as well. I also had to wait a lot longer to get it so that is why I gave you 1 star. Poor costumer service skills.

I had not ordered from this Pizza Hut until tonight(4÷22÷15). I only did so because my son really, really wanted Pizza Hut. I usually go for The Appetizer. Anyway, I gave in. My first impression was not good, so I’m unsure whether I’ll be a repeat customer. I ordered three small pizzas(actually, one personal, one small and one medium), the Hershey’s chocolate chip cookie and one Mountain Dew. The order was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and the delivery guy was very nice and polite, but he said the store sent him out without the Mountain Dew. He said he would have to go back and get it. He gave me the pizzas and cookie and left after I signed the receipt. I opened the boxes and was disappointed to find that one of the pizzas was missing a topping. I don’t think each topping costs much, but even so, they should get it right. At that point it made no sense to call and complain because the poor delivery guy had to go back for the drink. I wouldn’t want him to have to make another trip to get the pizza I ordered, plus this would delay our dinner even more. So, my suggestion to management is better quality control. I read a couple of other reviews here complaining about similar problems, so mine was not unique. I’m not sure I’ll try this Pizza Hut again.

Everyone at this location is super polite and attentive. I have not picked up an incorrect order yet. HOWEVER, would you guys PLEEEEEEEEASE start delivering over to Terranea?! It’s literally 6 minutes down the road but for some reason outside of your area… I’d be happy to divvy up a 50% tip just to avoid having to order Dominos every time I’m craving pizza.

Pizza Hut is a sponsor of the NFL on Fox. I watch a lot of football, and I was reminded constantly of Pizza Hut’s new flavors and specials. So, I wanted to check them out. We ordered the large thin and crispy crust with the crushed tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, green bell peppers, tomatoes, red onions, spinach(heavy) and a balsamic drizzle. We also got the toasted Asiago crust upgrade. Ordering online could not be easier, and our pizza was ready in 15 minutes for carry out. Plus, it was only $ 12 for a large, because of the online special. The staff was friendly on pick-up, and the store was clean. But, the pizza was not good. The ingredients are poor quality. The crust is like cardboard. It’s crispy, but it is tough. The cheese is greasy and rubbery. The pepperoni has no flavor. The Asiago crust flavor is hard to detect. The tomatoes are awful… mealy and no flavor. There was almost no bell pepper on the pizza, which was for the best as it was pretty bitter. No complaints regarding the mushrooms and red onions. The spinach is put on top of the pizza after cooking with the balsamic drizzle, so it is more like a salad on top of your pizza. This was okay, but it was easier to eat after the spinach had steamed a bit in the box to reduce in volume and adhere to the top of the pizza. Overall, I will not be tempted by Pzza Hut’s commercials anymore, because I know that what is pretty in pictures does not deliver in flavor. Pizza Hut should have improved their ingredient quality when expanding their menu, because new ideas fall flat when poorly executed. FYI. This place has no seating. Delivery and carry out only. But I can always get a parking place right out front.

This Pizza hut location is new and it’s located in the peninsula center, I’ve ordered here using both delivery and carryout and every time I’ve ordered the pizza arrived hot and delicious! I’ve also ordered online a couple times. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. The employees, service, and quickness is great. I will definitely be ordering again The only bad part is it’s a very small location, so you can’t really Dine-in. PS: TRYTHEHERSHEY’S ULTIMATECOOKIEPIZZA!

I ordered two large pizzas(Hawaiian and pepperoni) at lunchtime on a weekday. The total came to $ 32(!!) and even though I live 5 minutes away it took an hour and ten minutes for the order to arrive. And after all that it didn’t even taste very good. I won’t be calling this Pizza Hut again.

This is a relevantly new Pizza Hut that just opened on the hill for less than a year now. I have to to take note of this because there are a lot pizza places on this hill that are very close to one another(Dominos, The Appetizer, Red Brick Pizza) to name a few. So the competition is quite fierce when comparing taste, quality, and price. To compare this Pizza Hut to other competitors on the hill I would give it a solid 4 stars. For the price of a large any topping pizza for $ 10, where can you find that on the hill. The Appetizer’s large pizza is ranging from($ 15.95 to $ 21.95) and $ 1.50 for each extra topping. This is a no brainier to me that you could get a great tasting pizza at Pizza Hut for less and use that extra money to buy some hot wings or bread sticks to go along with you meal. Pros: They have great pizza combination deals online Conveniently located in the Peninsula Center Good service Cons: Small Pizza Hut compared to the ones in Torrance Overall, Love the person who ever thought of the idea to build a Pizza Hut on PV!

By no means the quality of «The Appetizer» albeit a fraction of the price, and far better than the only other pizza delivery option on the West side of the Hill in Palos Verdes from the High School to the coast. For years our only option was Dominos, and the food and service sucked worse than a broken Hoover vacuum. Then, like a gift from above this place opened literally walking distance from my casa and although far from«gourmet», the pizza and other food offered was a dream come true for a quick fix. Especially for sporting events with the bros and food that almost any child can’t resist. You really can’t beat beat their ongoing $ 10 large pizza with as many toppings as wanted. I usually just order everything on the meat lovers and everything on the vegetarian on one pie and have been more than pleasantly surprised every time. $ 10.80 with tax for pick up with a $ 2 delivery charge otherwise. They also offer some surprisingly tasty pasta dishes like Tuscani Creamy Chicken Alfredo among others and their selection of 9 flavors of chicken wings, bone in, boneless, etc. are more than adequate, even moreso on Wednesdays when all are 50 cents a piece. And they are always offering specials for us frugal tightwads living on the Hill. Like 2 each 3 topping medium pizzas for $ 6 each. Enough to satisfy 5 of the heartiest animals with more toppings offered than one has fingers and toes. Their only drawback is that they seem to run out of the gratis packets of parmesan cheese and crushed chili flakes too often and their drivers tend to be a bit forgetful. Hey, they are new so we’ll see what happens. Otherwise this place is a great addition to the limited food options located on the«Hill» and gets my 2 thumbs up.
