I love Jamba Juice but this store seems to be understaffed and dirty. The floors are so sticky even first thing in the morning.

I have been coming here at least once a week for their smoothies and breakfast wraps. The employees here are always friendly and super helpful. The prices of each drink are pretty pricy and add up but if you sign up for rewards and emails. You get coupons quite often for $ 1 off if you try their promotional drinks and food. I am in love with their turkey sausage, egg, and cheese wrap. They aren’t the biggest but it’s a perfect morning pick me up to keep me going until lunch time. They also have buy one get one for $ 1 coupons on certain holidays and I just used mine today for Presidents’ Day weekend. They have a ton of options to accommodate to your taste buds, diet, and mood. The classics are still around which is lovely. If you’re trying to be healthier they have the 100% fruit and vegetable juice or you can do an all fruit smoothie(dairy & gluten free). Whatever you’re in the mood for, they’ll have it while keeping you cool from the heat!

They juiced me soggy carrots, & I almost threw up. I can never go here again. The owner doesnt train the kids ther correctly. Scared of this place. The kid was so clueless he even showed me the rotten soggy carrots. Then i had to tell him to clean the machine. The way they do things here is not sanitary, & I would be careful drinking raw veggies here. They even use dirty blender containers, they should be thrown away if ther stained to death. Baffling. The owner must be very cheap. But its not worth the safety of customers. Where’s the Board of Health, seriously.

Order 1 size larger than what you really want… like others have said, they don’t fill the cups here. When it’s really busy, you’re even more likely to get shorted. The place is run by young kids so it’s unfortunate. This needs to be addressed. When they give you the receipt, fill out the survey and report the shortage. At least you’ll get a BOGO deal out it.

This location is my go spot for my wheatgrass and carrot juice. I drop by at least three times a week, and I’am never disappointed. Fresh, healthy ingredients and a friendly staff, what else do you need. Jennifer in particular is the best, always very friendly and helpful. Service is Huge for me(check out my review of F.O. for example). The rest of the crew is great as well. If you’re looking for a healthy alternative from the usual morning jolt of caffeine, without the crash, this is the place. Other offerings include smoothies, steel cut oatmeal, and creative bowls. I highly recommend this joint fellow Unilocalsters, don’t forget to tip Jennifer, generously, she’ll appreciate it. Stay Feral and healthy, lates.

Good location, which usually has a full crew working, so the wait is not too long. If you like healthy drinks — Jamba Juice will delivery. They have a variety of flavors, and added nutrients which can increase the health benefits of your drink. I wish they had more food options, but, they do have a few things. I think the idea here is that your meal is liquid and healthy, which they do a good job at. The location is super clean, and has plenty of parking. On a nice sunny California day, we like to sit outside in the sun, under their shaded umbrella.

This review is from a couple months ago and is just getting uploaded… just stopped in for my Jamba Juice. gotta say this place was awesome today. usually when it’s this busy there aren’t as many people behind the counter. Today was different. many people helping out… smiles. and when I left the tip they all cheered… lots of fun… good service :)

Went there when it was slow and not so loud It’s easy to hear hear bathrooms from the register Especially the faucet sink One male worker flushed but after you didn’t hear the sink go off he comes out and puts his hand into the dish water Gross And someone named yasena or whatever So rude Never again this place is gross

Really good! But I had to take one star away because it takes sooo long to get your drink! 20 minutes last time I was there and I was only 3rd in line! The kids they have working there mess around a lot.

Just ok… All of the great technology that is available, the cashier Brian told me that I had to print the coupon I had in my phone in order to use it. Hummmm the bar code was on the screen for him to scan, so I knew it was going to work! After I ordered my smoothie and my breakfast wrap(frozen and warmed in the microwave) I paid for one item and got the other free! Yea! I don’t know why, but Brian seemed to be pretty shocked it worked just by using the hand scanner. Who still prints out coupons? And then looses them or forgets them… My printer does not work and I have used my phone several times for discounts, groupons and other deals! My breakfast wrap was an average microwave snack and my smoothie cup was not filled like it is normally! Disappointed! Juice it Up and Robecks is way better than Jamba! Flavor is lacking for the raised prices and the overall experience was kinda lame! Please train your employees better and teach them that cell phone bar deals are compatible with the register! Thanks!

Any of you out there tree-hugging, styro-phobic radicals like myself? Have you been avoiding Jamba Juice solely because they use styrofoam cups, as I have? Well, good news is that I just walked into one yesterday, begrudgingly, only because my 4-year old wanted a smoothie, and I was delighted to see that Jamba Juice is switching over to all paper cups! They haven’t done their smallest size but I was told that this was coming too. So, celebrate, all ye who would like both the outside world and the inner temple clean, and give Jamba Juice another shot!

Drinks tasted okay. Strawberries wild, pomegranate pick me up and aloha pineapple. Staff and service were severely below average. No greeting, no personality, no eye contact. I understand these are greasy acne ridden high school aged children but my goodness there are many others looking for work who can at least crack a smile. I have never been to a jamba with such bad service. And we ordered. Gave the guy a coupon and he just disappeared. Apparently looking for someone to help him, but he didn’t say anything. Just poor service. They need a staff upgrade or someone who knows how to hire better.

I went there yesterday and right when I walked in, I was greeted by the cashier. It felt great to be greeted. Since it was in the mid morning, there was no line. I ordered Aloha Pineapple. When I first took the the first sip, it felt very refreshing. I love jamba juice very much.

Sigh… new staff=bad drinks The service here is friendly, a little laid-back, but whatever, it’s Jamba Juice. I don’t care it the teen aged staff members are chatting with each other as they make my drinks BUT…when they start mixing up drink/messing up orders, we’ve got problems. I came in tonight because I was REALLY craving one of the refreshers with coconut water. Keep in mind that I’ve had these many many times, so I know how they taste. Totally made me the wrong drink. It wasn’t what I ordered at all. I ordered the watermelon refresher, buy ended up with sometime that tasted like the strawberry lemonade with some bananas… booo…totally not what I was craving. The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars rather than just one is that I got a free upgrade! Yay for getting an original for the price of a sixteen!

This Jamba Juice used to be my #1 choice to get breakfast before school but the service went downhill and I have no idea why. The people working there haven’t changed but the quality and time they take has, dramatically. I used to be able to order a smoothie and have great service and quality in under 5 minutes. Now everytime I park and walk in there’s only about 2 – 3 people infront of me and I’ll end up waiting over 15minutes and not even pay at the register yet, and end up going to Starbucks across the street. It’s really disappointing because the times I do wait my smoothies end up tasting watery or just completely off. I have stopped coming here completely it’s really upsetting because I really love their smoothies and it’s the only Jamba Juice in the Rolling Hills area.

Worst Jamba Juice ever! Very understaffed — three people working(one taking orders, two making smoothies) and a line that’s out the door. No friendly greeting — well, no greeting at all, for that matter. Smoothies weren’t full to the top. I’m sorry, but if I’m paying $ 5 for an already overpriced smoothie, please fill it up! Parking was a nightmare, but it was Sunday and the Farmer’s Market was on. Perhaps they need some limited time spots outside the place? 14 minutes to get my smoothie… ridiculous, much?

Um, is everyone that works here stoned? Because they are on planet Slackerville and have no visible manager. Ever. Love the orange juice and $ 1.00 oatmeal. Everywhere, anywhere. Just know you aren’t really going to «run in and run out» when you come to Jamba Juice. It’s not that fast even and the level of customer service tends to be bare minimum to surprisingly, on it. For instance, one time I was asked if I wanted ice in my orange juice and another time, no thought was given to it. Not a big deal but it was nice someone was thinking one step ahead and yes, thank you, I would like ice in my OJ. I mean I’m still going to come here, regardless, unless the service becomes rude or extremely slow for no reason other than incompetency. I still get whatI want in a reasonable amount of time and it feels healthy.
