In my experience, the SheerVision product and customer service has been excellent. I have purchased 3 different loupes and a light. All have worked very well. I had to have the cable on the light replaced and it was done quickly and at no charge. In fact recently, the technician caught a problem and repaired my second set of loupes before there was a major problem. I highly recommend their products.

TERRIBLE customer service. Gladice has no customer service skills and should not be taking any calls from customers. She is not trained to take calls. 3 weeks wait time and still no response. You expect better service after spending thousand of dollars in customized professional eyewear. This company use to be great but no it’s terrible !

My wife needed these for her work as a dental hygienist They have been nothing but trouble. Poor quality, overly priced product and the worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Frames, charger, battery, you name it, they have had to be replaced numerous times at unbelievably high cost. Do not buy anything from these folks!

you get what you pay for… this company has the worst customer service i ever encountered. i personally have loupes from orascoptic and LOVE them but a few of my coworkers decided to go with sheer vision. big mistake. they have emailed multiple times with multiple issues and never get a response. i have called for them and instead of an apology and how can i help you, i am met with defensive and rude remarks. i have tried to call to talk to management and i get the same person that was rude and unhelpful to me initially. i am at a loss and thankful i have the pleasure of dealing with the friendly staff at orascoptic for my loupes… oh wait, i actually never have issues in the first place!

This is my 2nd SheerVison light to break! After the first one went out, I purchased a completely new light system that included the battery and charger, too = nearly $ 400. I only work 2 days per week, and after less than 18 months of use at 2 days/week usage, my new light stopped working! Now I have to pay over $ 200 plus shipping and handling to replace — this expense now totals close to $ 260. Not happy at all!

I wish I had read the other reviews before doing business with these people. After agreeing to repair a light for $ 250, I got back batteries that ALSO didn’t work. You would have thought that a reputable company would have told me before I invested money that they also didn’t work and would have to be repaired at a considerable expense. Now they want another $ 250. Very rude Customer Service, called me and my boss both liars! Unfortunately, the phone calls were not recorded and we have no proof. Do NOT do business here, spend a little extra and get a better product with a company that will stand behind it and treat you with respect when something goes wrong.

I purchased mini-light from this company about a year ago. Had numerous problems with it. The cord & the light itself are one piece(done specially so after purchasing u need to invest more & more) & it’s the most sensitive part of the whole light set it needs constant replacement. Warranty lasts only a year & even while it was covered under the warranty 1st time the cord needed to be replaced it took about 3 weeks to be repaired. 3 months later the cord is broken again, this time I was told I have to spend about $ 225 for it to be replaced(simple cheap made in China cord). Customer service representatives are all rude. The light is very poor quality, cheaply made. Would never recommend to anybody.

Working with SheerVision has been impossible. The sales assoc. at the dental convention were helpful and friendly, but after that my faith in this company fell short. It was almost 3 months before I received my loops, got no help and reurned them. Everytime I called to check on my order they couldn’t pull it up because it wasn’t in the system. I had to fax my order three times to them. It took three months to receive my loops that I was told at the convention would be about 2 – 3 weeks. I could not wear the loops after calling in and having them walk me through the focusing process over the phone. The stick on prescription lenses were placed in a position that was impossible to use, even after the focusing session there were issues with seeing double. I asked to have a rep come to my office to see if they could evaluate and correct the problem. I was told over a 3 week period that one was going to contact me. There were always excuses. One customer service representative told me that there WEREN’T any reps in CA that would come to my office and make the adjustments that I should’ve come to their office, which was quite a distance from where I live. No one seems to be on the same page here. I know many people that use loops in their dental practice and all tell me that adjustments are necessary. So, if you think you can order these from a convention and have them work for you, you’re wrong and there will not be anyone to help you individually. After 5months of placing my order, I returned the loops. I was out the $ 46 in shipping costs, they did refund me the price of the loops. However, if you need a presription in the lens, it’s very expensive and if they don’t work for you, they won’t refund that portion. I do agree with the previous post about the customer service reps being rude. There are only two and each would give me a different response and one in particular was very contrite and rude. I was Surprised management did not find it necessary to even call me in regards to the complaint letter I sent them. Would never recommend!
