Service – AWEFUL! Easter Saturday I called to see if I could reserve a 10 – 12 lb. ham. I was told there was no need to reserve, they had plenty, come on in! Happy me goes there to pick up my ham, was told there were no 10 – 12 lb. hams, needed a reservation (which they don’t take on the day before a holiday) and as one of the counter clerks pulled one out of the fridge, the manager told her to put it back. Great ham, just buy it from a different location. This location needs new management.

My first experience with honey baked and it was horrible. Ordered a ham for the holiday dinner but was disappointed with the customer service. When we ordered over the phone, we were told there would be hearing instructions and glaze to use when heating. When I picked up the ham, there were no instructions and when I asked for instructions, I was told they didn’t have any abs they ran out. You expect me to pay $$ for this ham with no instructions? Even if I go to the grocery store to get one, there are instructions. Anyways, in store, I was told the ham was recommended to be served at room temperature. Why the inconsistency with what was told over the phone? And there was no extra glaze provided at pick up. During my 30 minutes of time for pick up, instructions magically appeared and it wasn’t a last minute print from the printer. Instructions were the preprinted by corporate paper. I wish I could have given no stars instead of the one star. If your customer service is horrible, why should people go there? Doesn’t matter how good the food can be. There are plenty of other options for the same food.

Stopped in here on Saturday for the first time. Was very impressed with the menu options, cleanliness and friendly service. I had the traditional sliced ham sandwich on croissant and mustard potato salad. Really hit the spot for a quick bite for lunch. The two ladies there were very nice and helpful. I was also impressed with the carry-​out options and side dishes. Did not know they had all that. Am looking forward to the next time I can go back for another ham sandwich. Honeybaked ham has always been like a special treat for me.

Everyone here is kind, helpful, and well versed in all of the products. I will definitely return again. Thank you so much!

I am eating my ham & swiss on rye right now that I purchased at the Rolling Meadows location as a boxed lunch to go today. When I make a stop at what I have always considered the best place to get ham, I don’t expect it to be served on STALE BREAD. What a disappointment!

I have been a customer of Honeybaked Ham for 10+ years buying smoked turkeys, boneless turkey breasts and hams. And until this visit I’ve never been disappointed in the food quality or service.
This was my first visit to this specific location. The staff was very friendly and the service was great. I completely dissatisfied with the quality of the smoked boneless turkey I purchased. At best it reminded me of canned meat. It lacked the usual flavor and was missing the traditional glaze I’ve come to enjoy.
I’m unsure if the Honeybaked Ham Company changed the boneless turkey breast or if this location changed it up. Either way, I recommend staying away from boneless turkey breast. Take that ~$ 20 and do something else with it.

Delicious food! They really pile their sandwiches high and their meats are quite flavorful. I recommend the honey mustard sauce and whole wheat bread. :)
While they are, apparently, remodeling and it looks a bit barren, the staff were friendly for sure. It does look like the business isn’t bustling, but what that translates to is no wait, an empty table, and the staff being kind enough to give us a little extra size on our dessert bars. So delicious! I will definitely return, and while I hope their business picks up (it does look barren), it’s great for lunch with a few friends.

Your hours of operations just blow. I’ve tried to visit 3 times, every time during the holiday season. Every time your closed and I’m forced to save some money and shop at Omaha Steaks instead.

Everyone knows they have good ham for holidays and such. Lines are long, but the staff is experienced at getting you in and out. (But bring gloves — you might be waiting around the building outside for a while.)
What everyone doesn’t know is that they have kick ass sandwiches at lunchtime! Generous helping of ham (or turkey, or chicken salad, ham salad, roast beef) on your choice of breads. You can choose a side (potato chips, potato salad, pasta salad, macaroni salad) and can of pop. I miss working near here. I love HB sandwiches.
But it’s tiny inside. Good thing many people don’t dine in!
