Alright so I must say… it really depends on who you get but most of the nail techs are actually fantastic. I ended up moving very close to this salon and decided to give it one more shot. It’s now my go to place. Bebe’s no chip manicures last so long! I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

I purchased manicures here for my wife and her daughter. $ 12 each (plus tip) is absolutely the best value around. Both sets of nails turned out beautiful and flawless, and my ladies were both satisfied. Next time, I’ll splurge and get them the «deluxe.»

My friends and I were desperate to get our nails done (3 of us) and didn’t have appointments anywhere. We drove by this place and walked in and they did accommodate us immediately. We all got pedicure chairs right next to each other which was great. They started our pedicures and about 10 min. into the pedicure we found out they have different types of pedicure packages. Only reason we found that out was because my friend saw the booklet with the packages so none of the employees ever told us we had to figure it out ourselves.
The pedicure packages are great and priced right. They where extremely pushy for us to also get manicures. They talked me and my friend into it and preformed our manicures while we got pedicures which was good. The lady who did my nails was terrible. If it wasn’t for me checking my nails I would of left with extremely unevenly filed nails and no chip polish all over my fingers. She also didn’t even clean underneath my nails that well.
What really topped the cake was that the ENTIRE time me and my 2 friends were getting our nails done the staff was talking talking talking talking and of course not in English. They were SO loud talking and laughing we could barely talk to each other. It was extremely uncomfortable for us and we knew they at some points were talking about us. They would talk and then look at one of us then quickly look away. It was so unprofessional I couldn’t believe it. They where the loudest people in the entire salon. This is to me is just so rude. We came to relax and are paying customers.
Will not be back here. Only reason we came here is because or normal salon was booked for the day.

Honest about wait time (thanks!) but tech was the most abusive I’ve met. Ouch. That was not fun and not what I paid for.

My 1^st time going here wasn’t good experience! I had a guy do my full set and all he literally away, wandering his eyes to other ppl while doing my nails! It took him like 30 – 45 mins to my nails, when it should take 50 – 60 mins. I went in again, and Brenda serviced me this time and did a great job on my full set and left it exactly the way I wanted my nails to be done!

I always walk in and never wait. They all do a great job with my no chip and pedicure.

The women wouldn’t listen to me when I asked for them shorter. She rushed the painting of my nails and there was paint all over my finger nails and skin! Will not come back here!!!

My friends birthday was coming up. We decided to go get a pedicure. This place was super fun!
Clean, friendly and really chatty. The prices are super fair and the service was great!

One of the best nail salons I’ve been in Chicago. Little pricey but worth it! Clean and friendly. Beautiful décor!

I got my nails done here for my wedding — I got white gel tips, pretty classic. The nail tech. did a nice job. I am pretty pleased with the result. I don’t get my nails done very often. I looked up this salon and it had good reviews so I decided to check it out. I will return again soon! Reasonable prices as well.

Very pleased with my pedicure! They were able to accommodate me last minute and for $ 25 I got what most Salons consider a «deluxe» well worth it. TT was so sweet and did not gawk at the fact I couldn’t make my mind up between 3 glittery colors (bc I’m 5years old at heart and picking my nail polish is a very difficult decision) a scrub light massage and steamed towel was included… I just expected someone to slop on nail polish and say next. What a bonus.
The salon has the most color options I have ever seen! Not to mention they have everything faced and clean.
The chair massage was not as intense as some salon chairs (the vibrations did not make me feel like Shamu the whale which was enjoyable for once).
I will most likely go back soon. Not ready to change my no chip manicurist yet, but if I ever do I will update my review.

Where do I start. Well first off I will never go to another nail salon for my gel acrylics. Jack my nail tech is by far the best when it comes to listening and understanding my wants and needs. Every time I go in there he is always happy to see me and always gets my nails shaped perfectly! Everyone in the salon is super friendly! Always saying hello and goodbye when you leave. Not only is it absolutely beautiful inside, they are always finding ways to continue to make it look good (for example new nail polish holders) they always offer me a beverage every time I go in. They take there time even when super slammed to make sure they please every customer. Love everything about this salon and so glad I found an amazing nail salon!!!
