Pizza Hut

This place has gotten so bad they don’t even deliver anymore. The first time this happened I thought that maybe their delivery person called off. This is the 3^rd time now I’ve been told they «can’t deliver right now». Yet they still offer it online. I could go on about how bad this location is but I don’t have the time. If I ever order from Pizza Hut again it won’t be from this location.

Went with the kids to use their BookIt gift certificates for reading, and specifically preordered the toppings by calling ahead and paid extra. Once we got home, kids excited, dinner on the table, we opened the kids pizzas to see just plain cheese and bread — no toppings.
After putting the kids to bed, I called the store to let them know my order was switched with someone else’s — only to get this jerk response that I only now figured it out. I explained that I wanted to call after the kids were in bed, and the guy said i should get the kids out of bed if i wanted the order to be corrected, then put me on hold until I hung up after 10 minutes.
I’d expect a bit better service and order accuracy. Especially since the kids worked hard to read enough to win BookIt prizes.

Normally I don’t order from the ‘fast food’ pizza places but I was craving stuffed crust for my pizza and movie night. Upon receiving my pizza I was immensely disappointed. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza which I remember being similar to a thick pan crust pizza but when I opened it up it was a weird soggy, thin pizza? I also got buffalo and garlic Parmesan boneless wings which were HUGELY disappointing. They had no sauce. At all. Just soggy chicken nuggets basically. $ 35 plus tip for this disaster? Never again.

Garbage bullshit can’t deliver to me because their driver got too stoned and their trash website won’t let me order from anywhere else and even when you call another location that has their shit together they won’t deliver to you because they aren’t allowed to and then you lose your gat dang mind because you just spent half an hour trying to order a piece of crap pizza!!!&@&$”@&&

This store needs help! Wosrt pizza hut ever. I didnt know it takes 3 hrs for s pizza, pls hire someone else to answer the phone! Pizza was cold, wrong crust, not joking… NO SAUCE on pizza. Tasted like nothing! Waste of time and money

I have to say that this location is the worst from all the other pizza huts out there, especially the workers. I had order a pizza and they had rewrote my receipt and added a $ 15 tip and with a different signature that wasn’t mine, how are they going to tell me that’s my signature? They need to fire this sick people. NEVER again will I ever order from this sick place.

I was not even able to place an order over the phone, the recording would play, then phone would ring and I could hear them put the recording back on. This happened over and over and over for 6 minutes. No answer. SERIOUSLY FURIOUS STARVING PERSON.

I went a couple days later to grab a pizza, the girl working was very very nice and polite.

I’m only giving this 1 star because I can’t give it 0. This place had the rudest idiots answering the phone — I’m sorry but people who don’t know how to answer the phone should not be in a job where they deal with people. I’m not sure why these people have jobs when other people are looking for jobs — these people do not deserve to have jobs because they literally do not know how to answer a phone or talk to people with a minimal degree of respect.
We ordered our pizza at 7pm and it said online that the wait time was 59 minutes, and when 1.5 hours later we did not receive our pizza, I called the store and the manager answered the phone. I explained to her that we ordered our pizza at 7pm, the online wait time said 59 minutes, and it was now 8:30 and the pizza was still not here. She snapped back at me with an attitude saying the actual wait time was 2 hours and there was nothing she could do about it. I was shocked at her response and I said I understand if it was 2 hours but online it said 1 hour so I was confused. She said there was nothing she could do about it and the driver was on his way. 15 minutes later, the pizza has still not been delivered. I called back to speak with the manager and a man on the phone told me that that was the manager I had spoken to earlier, and in a very sarcastic tone said «okay bye-​bye now» and hung up.
We will NEVER be ordering from Pizza Hut again. This store is single-​handedly ruining the name of a very large corporation and I guarantee they’re losing business because of morons like this. I will be calling Pizza Hut’s main customer service and this manager’s boss and filing a formal complaint. The level of sarcasm, rudeness, and unprofessionalism was unacceptable and the worst I have ever seen from any business, literally.
When we finally got our order and all the food was cold and the cookie was burnt and not cut.

How does this place stay in business? Ordered on line and it took 95 minutes to get our order. It was barely warm. Crust was impossible to chew through on one pizza. Missing a topping on another. Also didn’t get the bleu cheese dressing (which costs extra, of course). Seriously will never order from this place again. Pathetic.

I wasn’t even able to place an order over the phone. They took my phone number 4 times and kept apologizing that it was taking so long to place an order while he messed up over and over. Ultimately, he gets the one large pizza and it comes to $ 18. Totally crazy so I went to walk away and he didn’t even care. Then i went online and couldn’t place an order on their new platform which was only $ 12. What a mess and worst service in a long time.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited 2 hours and our delivery never showed. Called in 4 times to check on ETA and their answer was always «on its way.» The driver never showed and the restaurant associate, declined to attempt to resend another order and was beyond rude.

This is just a disgusting place. never got what I ordered… neighter the quality nor the quantity of the toppings were satisfactory. will never go back again.

I often order pizza here for lunch because I work close by. I have ordered online and over the phone. The staff is always helpful and courteous. The pizza is ready and hot when promised.

This place is a mess. Tried to order pizza over the phone and the guy had no idea what I was saying. Staff is not respectful to the customers. Ever since they moved from previous location has go down hill. Have not ordered since. About 2 months now.

Absolutely disgusting. Insanely Greasy, half cooked, and a disaster in the box, there by making it inedible. I only order from PH once in a while, because occasionally I like the stuffed crust and this is the closest location to me. I will travel further next time to get something edible. waste of time and money.
