Normally I don’t write reviews when suggested to, but I did want to point out a few nice things about this Public Storage location.
I’ve seen a few different locations before, and this one had the nicest walls. That’s a very weird thing to say, but compare the fairly sturdy pressboard (I think) walls here to the essentially tin foil used at other locations, and you’ll know why I bring it up. The items kept inside a unit here seem like they are much safer because of it.
Also, the location is really convenient. It’s easy to get to from either Golf road or Algonquin road.
The place is fairly small compared to others that I have seen, but that just means that it’s easier to find your unit.
The last thing to add is that Pete treated us very nicely and got us in and out very quickly. Glad I chose this location!

Property Manager, Pete, very helpful and professional. Made the process extremely easy and covered all questions that I had. Would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs in the area.

The manager Pete was very helpful in getting me set up with a vehicle storage unit. He took the time to show me the unit and answered all of the questions that I had. There’s only one person working in the office, so make sure you call ahead to set up an appointment for a visit! Although it took me several attempts to reach someone over the phone, the customer service Pete provided made up for it. The location is nice and quiet. I would recommend this place!

I really appreciated Pete’s help when I came to remove a few items from my unit. I told him that my knee was hurting, and I didn’t want to irritate it more by opening the unit door. He offered to open it for me, and patiently waited a few minutes while I located what I needed. I have used other storage facilities in the past, but this one has the best customer service.
