I’ve stopped here a few times headed to my sisters in AL as we don’t have a Pizza Hut Buffet close by. I do enjoy treating myself every once in awhile. I arrived about 1pm I was disappointed as there were several pizzas on the buffet however they looked like they had been sitting for some time except for one cheese pizza. I know the buffet ends at 130p but they should keep their pizzas fresh to the end. They were also out of breadsticks and dessert sticks. I was also disappointed as they use to have a salad bar which they no longer have. I was only going to give this two stars however the customer service was excellent! I think the server realized I wasn’t eating much so she asked if I’d like them to make me a specific pizza. I thought she went above and beyond. I also asked if they could make some breadsticks also which they did. Like some else mentioned this is a good deal at $ 6.99 only a dollar more then CiCis for much better quality.

Wonderful buffet, great service. Surprised of all the new stuff, I had pretzel crust which was good. Never knew they had meatballs.

Ordered take out from this place… they brought everything but one drink. The delivery guy said he could give me a store credit or go back and bring me a drink. I told him I didn’t want credit just knock it off the bill. He said he couldn’t so I said go back and get the drink and bring it to me. He said ok but never showed back up. Later I called the store to complain and they said I could come by the store and get my drink or credit. The reason I ordered take out was to avoid going in the store. Basically I told them to keep the drink and they lost a customer

I have never ate the buffet but use carryout and delivery from this Pizza Hut and they have been great every time. The staff is super friendly and makes sure things are right. I have no problem giving a Pizza Hut 5 stars if they provide exceptional service. The pizza’s and wings are always hot and fresh.

Not trying to be a hater(I promise) but what’s the deal with five star reviews for a Pizza Hut? It’s a perfectly serviceable Pizza Hut, and though I’ve only been in here twice in the last couple of years, it’s just fine. One doesn’t judge a casual dining place like this by the same standards as a white tablecloth restaurant, and it meets the lowered standards just fine. The dining room is clean, there usually seems to be an appropriate number of staff taking care of guests, and the price is about right for what you get. I was in there this afternoon because I had a rare weekday off, had gone running this morning, and was feeling kind of lousy so I decided to treat myself. I was not terribly surprised that the majority of folks in there were really overweight. First, this is a rural Georgia town. Second, this is a buffet. As pizza buffets go, the offerings here are more limited but of considerably better quality than what you’ll find at places like Cici’s or Stevi B’s for about the same price. The $ 5.99 buffet price includes a drink and a side or Caesar salad. The buffet bar includes typical favorites such as pepperoni, sausage, cheese, and veggie pizza as well as breadsticks and pasta(today was fusilli/corkscrew) with marinara. There were a few women working, and they seemed to be capably splitting duties of working the register, replacing pizzas on the buffet, and bussing tables. All were friendly, and the busser definitely earned the couple dollars I left on the table(I am still surprised that many people don’t believe in tipping at buffets. The servers still have to refill your drink, clear your plates, and clean your table, people!) Side note — something funny/annoying happened to me today, though it was not at all the fault of the folks working here. As the only in-shape person over the age of 12 in the dining room, I got some severe stink-eye from a table of really large women each time I went through the line. No doubt they were wondering how I ate five pieces of pizza AND dessert. To those ladies, if any of you happen to be Unilocalers and find your way here while still talking smack about how«she» can«eat like that» and«stay skinny» — yes I heard you — here is how. First, I work out like an absolute *beast* and I run 25 – 40 miles a week. Second, I eat like that about once a month. Huzzah!
