This Taco Bell has had problems from the beginning. There is always something. I have taken the time to do the surveys and this time I was not given a receipt due to the fact that I ordered with the App. It has been months since I have visited this restaurant. I love Taco Bell, there is no doubt about that, but not this location. This time I witnessed the(I am assuming) manager on duty«hitting» on 3 young ladies.(still in high school and I only know that because their conversation was taken that far) He was making job offers and declining their fall schedule due to school starting back. He also had the audacity to ask them what they were doing as they were walking out the door. I am completely offended as a woman and I do not appreciate young ladies being gazed upon by an older man like they are a piece of meat. Especially someone that is the face of this location.

I Went for breakfast for the first time at this Taco Bell and boy what a mistake. There were two cars were in front of me and it took almost 20 minutes to get to the window only to be told they won’t have eggs for another 10 or so minutes… I could not wait due to now being late for work. They at least gave me the coffee from my order for free which was totally wrong it went from being black like I had ordered to being loaded with cream and sugar…

Taco Bell is not known for great service or great food but this Taco Bell has hit an extreme low. The problem started when I tried to order carry out and was informed that they were not taking any dine in or carry out orders because the drive through was slammed and had the priority. This was frustrating because the manager was sitting in the dining room with another employee joking around playing on a computer. As I was being told this some of the managers friends were reviving most likely free food, me and 3 other customers proceeded to walk out. I then went through the drive through and was at the end of the line. From the time I ordered till the time I made it to the window I waited almost 20 minutes. When I got to the window the lady working was apologetic and helpful, she notified me that it would be an additional 5 min wait on my food and that her manager asked if I could go park and that they would bring my food when done, I politely declined, the manager then approached me and asked me to do the same. I again politely declined. When the lady noticed that I was filling out the online survey while waiting on my food came and apologized for my wait and gave me a coupon. It’s sad that the lady working the window acted like a manager and the manager acted like a teenager working his first job
