Rented from this company for 8 months. Failed to come out to my property on numerous maintenance calls. Despite heavy cleaning before I moved out, I was charged $ 250 for carpet cleaning, wiping down light switch covers and mopping floors. I was told that I «apparently didn’t clean the apartment well enough». Bottom line is I have never had a security deposit with held because i am meticulous when it comes to cleaning. They contract companies to go in and do move out cleaning, these companies nickel and dime the property manager, and they in turn charge you for it. If you don’t like good customer service or a personable staff, this company is a great choice for you. I will never rent through a property management company again.

We moved to the Roseburg area last Nov. & the Centerpointe staff was and continues to be welcoming, helpful, friendly & professional. Jennifer always greets us with a smile. When we have a problem or question, if she can’t help us, she immediately gets the info to Steve. Steve has always been professional, adhering to Oregon regulations while using common sense & balancing the needs/​wants of both the owners & the renters. He is able to prioritize while maintaining a Zen like calmness. We have had various issues come up with the home (it’s an older house) we’re renting and Steve has stayed on top of them until resolved. He has even lent a friendly sympathetic ear while I’ve ranted, which he modestly states is part of his job description. I believe that is going beyond the call of duty! We highly recommend Centerpointe Property Management.

Terrible! Avoid! I rented in Eugene and only paid $ 30 for carpet cleaning upon leaving! This place charges $ 230! :O Absolutely ridiculous! It took me forever to move out because they don’t know how to operate a fax machine to get my paperwork to our new property management in order to be approved for our new house! This took 2 weeks when it should have been the same day! :/​Steve is the one! He said that it said the fax sent and he had no idea what # it went to. (He never bothered to verify either). Pati that is the receptionist at the front counter, is a total bitch! Very snobby, and has an annoying habit of smacking saliva betwern her teeth. Always snippy on the phone. Terrible overall customer service! I lived at my residence 2 years and our fence was rotting and falling over! They never fixed it! We even offered to do it ourselves if they bought materials! They refused! :O Our house was also infested with mice, we fought it the whole time we lived there! So glad we got out of Roseburg! I recommend Raintree over these guys!
