They make a good sandwich. It tastes fresh, bread is good and they are fast. I have not yet had a bad experience here (at any of several locations actually). The place is sparkly clean, the young folks working are polite and earnest.
I do have to wonder though, can you be too fast? I sometimes (older guy) feel a little rushed while ordering. I have been enough times to know how to roll now, but those first few times going in were a little overwhelming.
For those complaining about «rudeness” — they are likely too senstive and maybe shouldn’t engage the big old mean world by themselves.

First off let me give the disclaimer. I am a bread lover. I am not into a meat bursting sandwich which is probably why I like JJ’s subs so much. The bread is fresh and so are the condiments which I really appreciate. I came to this location with my mom and she was not impressed because she likes plenty of meet on her sandwiches. I have been to another location and this one and both are clean, have friendly service and of course have super fast making of the sandwiches. I get the Italian night club (my fav) when I go and have had the lulu (not a fan) and beach club which has guacamole, cucumbers, turkey and alfalfa sprouts which I like too.

Got a «Giant» sub and as the average person should assume, there is nothing giant about any chain sub anywhere. It’s double meat and/​or cheese for $ 1 more. I got a #16, Lulu and though it was delicious, there is no way it’s double anything because if I got half that on the normal turkey club, I would snap.
I asked what appeared to be the ranking dude what makes that sandwich and he put on gloves and showed me and sure enough, I didn’t get that much. The turkey was still only 4 pieces but the bacon was not doubled. I appreciated that and he cared. I had to know because would I ever come back if that is all a «giant» sub gets? No.
Place is very clean and they are freaky fast.

My rating is due to such horrible, rude service. I have been here three times. Two of those three, the girls were very unfriendly. First time was at opening, male waited on us. Last time was the end all. We went to place our order, no greeting. She just stared at us, hand on her hip, lips pursed. We place our order, she says «You done?» Tells us our total, flings the receipt on the counter, it flies on the floor, she walks away giggling and I am guessing her friend starts giggling along as well and everyone else is staring at us. We go sit down til our order is ready. What do ya know, my sub is wrong. I eat half of it so I wouldn’t need to deal with attitude, threw the other half away. It was horrible. Not sure what these girls attitudes are but I we will not be back a long as they are employed there. Apparently, a friend of mine had a similar experience, and so did a passerby customer in a neighboring store who overheard my boyfriend and I’s discussion and chimed in.

Horrible sub! No meat, no taste, I could have made a better sub at home. Charged $ 1.00 for cheese. My medium rare roast beef was well done. They didn’t have salt or pepper, no sugar for the unsweet tea. Stood at counter to ask a question and had to speak up, no one acknowledged that I was standing there for a reason. Wasn’t given any napkins and couldn’t find any, had to ask for them. Very disappointing! Next time I will stick with Subway.

A little gem hidden behind the Chipotle in Golden Ring. Their sub rolls are baked fresh and worth the splurge. Even my picky 8 and 5 year old love to come here. I’m pretty boring and usually just get ham and cheese. Always very clean, quick service, and a friendly staff. Only drawback is that they only offer provolone cheese, but even that is growing on me.
