very clean center, hard working employees. but manager needs to hire more people to satisfy the long line of angry customers tapping their feet and waiting for service. they could make a ton more money if they add the vital staff they need.

I’ve gone in here on several occasions to try and print and ship and fax things.
1. They can fax (very expensive)
2. they can ship (also expensive)
3. printing. they don’t print much
Staff are okay, if your request is simple, they will honor it. Really won’t go out of their way at all for you. They remind me of molasses, it will move a little, but very slowly. If they don’t have something you want/can’t provide their service they will direct you to their discount stationary… because I wanted Christmas stationary in Feb…

FedEx is such a great place, I truly didn’t realize how much they actually did at this store besides shipping. I needed large prints for my company for an event that was taking place in 2 hours and FedEX really stepped up and assured me that they would be able to help me with what I needed and that they would be able to finish the task quickly and up to the standards I needed. Since this time, I have used them many times before, they have been very helpful and have worked with me to allow me to understand what options would be the most beneficial for me.
