First of all… i learned this is not Jani’s Pizza… it’s called Paa luigis… and OMG… the food is awesome. From their cheese curds to the buffalo wild wings to their pizza…(the pizza sauce is their awesome ingredient it seems) …the food was just delicious. Honestly… i’m a big pizza person… but not a deep dish person… and this place definitely made it to my top pizza places. If you’re looking for great pizza to carry out… i highly recommend this place.

I have had better frozen pizza. My son said«this tastes like paper». Changed their name to Pa Luigi, same menu and same poor quality food. Don’t waste your money.

Our group orders from Jani’s once a month. EVERYONE(40+) people comment on how great their pizza is. I order at 3:00 in the afternoon for a 5:45 delivery because our order is so large and they arrive on time and the pizza is fresh and hot. We order an assortment of pizzas and they’re all awesome.

Not sure why this place gets ok reviews. The pizza is great… Its not super greasy, not salty. Its better than a lot of other places around here. Its cooked the same everytime I have ordered it. Delivered hot and fast. You can’;t beat the 16″ cheese coupon for $ 14!!! Its a good run of the mill pizza joint. Wish they carried Bermuda onions however. I do recommend the onion pizza its great. Not a fan of anything else however. I tried their cheese lasagna it was ok. Appetizers same as anywhere else.

I just waited 16 minutes for one beef sandwich. There was no one in there when I came in. Every single time I come I have to wait an extraordinary long period of time for a very simple small order.

We have ordered from Jani’s Pizza several times now for pizza, which has been pretty good. We had been temped for a while to try their ribs but the first time we tried, Jani’s was out of ribs. Now tonight we thought we would try again… And while they were not out of ribs, I wish they had been! What we received was a dried out tough slab of ribs that was barely edible. Piece of advice, don’t have such an extensive menu of you can’t maintain the quality!

I recently ordered a Chicago style pizza and it was amazing. I have been coming in for slices now and the food and service is awesome. The new owners are really friendly and don’t disappoint! I definitely will be back again!

We used to order from Janis all the time. Since they changed owners we’ve tried them about 5 times and each time it was a little worse. Their pizza has not been consistent and we have pretty much stopped ordering from them altogether. It’s disappointing because they used to have some decent deals and food and now it’s just kind of blah. I would prefer to spend my money elsewhere.

Been going Been going here on and off for about 5 years and food is alright Before 2012 when the owners name was Tony service was just BAD !! Stopped by tonight about 20 minutes before closing and asked if they had slices . The guy said I have a sausage and customer isn’t coming. I’ll give you the whole pizza for 4.00 It’s fresh. So I got it. It was 20″ Dealing with people there is great ! No attitude, always happy to see you and have a conversation while you wait . I’ll be a bit more frequent now.

There are too many pizza places in the Roselle/Bloomingdale area. Our mailbox is bombarded with endless coupons and we’re always ‘finding’ new places we want to check out. Yet, Jani’s Pizza was one of the first places recommended to us when we moved to Roselle and has continued to stay in our rotation of take-out/delivery pizza joints. The first time I ordered from Jani’s, I dropped a whopping $ 30 on a large cheese pizza topped to the max with assorted veggies and pineappeles. My friend and I could only devour a couple pieces before we were stuffed. But… oh… so… good. The pizza won me over. The price didn’t. It was awhile before I started to order from them again, stepping away from the $ 30 overloaded pizzas to regular ol’ cheese pizzas. Since we’re always getting coupons, we make sure to use a coupon when we order — the deals aren’t too bad. Pick-up is usually our preferred method. One time, we had a pizza take nearly two hours to be delivered(my husband called them twice to check on it) and weren’t too happy about it. And no, they didn’t do anything about it. Meh. Unlike the amazing veggie & pineapple pizza, the ones I’ve had since were hit or miss. Sometimes we love them(good flavor combinations and not too greasy) and sometimes they’re just OK(crumbly crust or not warm enough). For some reason, we keep ordering from them. I guess we’re not too picky when it comes to pizzas!

Our delivery was an 1 hour 20 minutes past the time we were expecting based on whoever took our order. After an hour of waiting we attempted to call and no 1 answered for 20 minutes… then rhe delivery driver calls back and blames the order taker for giving him the wrong address… then the dispatch person called and said that the driver was across the street, lying through his teeth… but that he needed my correct address… I told him dont send the driver unless it was free… the driver shows up 10 minutes later with a soggy bottom pizza… trying to offer me 2 free pizza coupons… nall buddy keep those and ya head held high walking away from my door empty handed…

Ordered through GrubHub(which I HIGHLY recommend) and was advised 20 mins later that Jani’s would not fulfill my order because their fax machine was down(I ordered ONLINE… not my problem) and they were backed up with orders… again, not my problem. GrubHub was the one to call me and let me know. They even gave me a $ 5 certificate which I just used at Nancy’s! They offered to place the phone order with Jani’s but were told that Jani’s «didn’t have time» to take the order. I used to order from there pretty regularly… never again. There’s too many options to deal with their poor service at the counter and lack of interest over the phone. I would recommend NOT patronizing a business who does not appreciate your patronage. As mentioned by a reviewer below, the owner cannot be bothered with even pretending to be happy he is getting your business

Within delivery distance of my office lies quite a few pizzeria’s. Having tried a lot of them I’d yet to settle on any favorite, or even a place close enough to where I work that I would be willing to order from on a regular basis for when the urge for Italian food struck. In the lobby of my office building a menu for a new place showed up, and some co-workers and I decided we should give it a try. This place is called Jani’s Pizza Parlor in Roselle. We looked over our pizza ordering options and it appears they have four kinds of crust. Thin, Pan, Chicago Style Pan(which might be regular deep dish by that description) and Stuffed. They also have various sandwiches, salads and then traditional Italian restaurant appetizers like Cheese Sticks, Wings and Fried Mushrooms. We decided to go with stuffed pizza with sausage. The order was placed shortly after they opened, and in a little over an hour our pizza had arrived. The pizza had a thick tomato sauce on top, high sides and was quite heavy to carry. I’d say the sauce had just the right viscosity and a good amount of flavor. What made this different than a lot of other pizzeria’s pizza sauce was that it wasn’t particularly spicy or seasoned, it was definitely more on the sweet side. The sauce was thick and excellent. Even more impressive here was the cheese, this cheese had a great flavor to it and was nice and soft offering just about the ideal texture. It wasn’t too greasy either. The crust was a bit of a mixed bag, it wasn’t particularly flavorful and was kind of bland. This crust was almost more decorative or utilitarian for keeping the pizza together than it was for eating. The sausage used here was of very high quality, it definitely tasted like pieces of a real sausage rather than sausage bits or ground sausage often found on pizza. Overall, the food at Jani’s was excellent and I’ll definitely order again. Our order was a little late in arriving from delivery but the food was worth the wait. I’m going to give Jani’s Pizza four stars. Very high quality pizza and a fair price.

Ordered on Valentine’s day for a group of kids and adults. They said estimated delivery time was 7:46, It is almost 9pm and my company has left and NOTHING! I called all 3 numbers given and NO answer! If they are not out of business… they will be soon! Thanks for ruining our Valentine’s Day dinner!!!

Been on a thin crust pizza kick looking for a hidden gem. Been finding a lot of standard Americanized pizza(I’m somewhat of a pizza snob, but don’t mind it it’s done well enough) I would say this is below that and below average. Complete cracker crust. The whole thing just thrown together. There are better options in the area Also, they screwed up my order(still would’ve given it the same rating though). I got one full ingredient and then an half ingredient(which they charge at half price) but instead they put both on only half the pizza and charged me for the full amounts. Not sure if this was a mistake or if they were trying to pull a fast one.

We wanted to try a new place. First problem, the order taker couldn’t get my order right. Ended up having to make sure he read it back. It arrived fast and hot, but the pepperoni pizza was only half pepperoni. WTF? The green pepper and onion pizza had one section that tasted like ham! Since it was for a vegetarian, this was pretty disgusting. The pizza otherwise was ok although not great. Without the problems with the pizzas, probably wouldn’t have ordered again anyway, but the problems involved make it clear that the chef really doesn’t care. Will never ever order from here again, even though the mgr offered me a credit for a small pizza. Even free food isn’t a good deal if it’s bad food. Note: the people seem nice enough, and it’s possible this was just a really unlucky night. I just know I’m not going to try their pizza again.
