Pizza Hut

Pizza was horrible will not order from here again. Not sure if it’s this location or pizza Hut in general anymore but couple times have ordered from was dissapointed.

Manager followed through on service issue.

Slop. Pure and simple. The store is dirty. They don’t answer the phone in a timely manner. Just dreadful all around. In the Chicago metro area, there are dozens of Mom & op places that are decent to delicious. No need to eat at a Pizza Hut unless you are out of town.

We are stuck in Streamwood from out of town and decided to order pizza. The website allowed us to place an order using the last bit of money we had with this store. Once the order was placed, we get a phone call saying that they don’t deliver to where we are even though the website says they do. After talking with I believe the manager, they are going to honor our order and deliver it to us. Their willingness to fix the issue in question earns them 5 stars from us!

I think this pizza Hut has the saltest food. My mom like the food but that is her. They can’t get orders right & refuse to do anything about it. Don’t waste your time here

Pizza hut isn’t always the best pizza, but the box deal they have is unbeatable and their pizza has gotten better over the years. The customer service is very acceptable, and the online/​app ordering is almost too convienent.

Not the best Pizza Hut I’ve been too. The pizza isn’t so good, the crust is always a little too flat (I get the Pan style crust). A while back I ordered a pizza and requested that they don’t cut the pizza (I’m a vegetarian) and the person on the phone told me to call another Pizza Hut because they can’t guarantee that they won’t cut my pizza. Are you serious? Isn’t it LESS work for you if you don’t have to cut it?

So, I waited two days to actually write my review of this Pizza Hut in the hope that I would calm down a little bit. Unfortunately, I am still very unhappy with my most recent visit this week.
I stopped in on Monday evening for a pizza and cheesy breadsticks. I placed my order at the counter with a «gentleman» and mentioned that I would like to make sure that they put the seasoning on the breadsticks because another Pizza Hut that I have gone to tends to forget. He said that he would make sure that the breadsticks had the seasoning. I thanked him.
I paid for my order, walked over to the bench in the corner and proceeded to wait. After a reasonable amount of time (my only reason for one star), I heard that same «gentleman» talking with the young «lady’ in the back of the store. He proceeded to tell her about my request for seasoning on the breadsticks and that I would be sorry that I asked for seasoning…“Maybe she will wake up chocking on the seasoning tonight!» Ha, ha, ha!
Well, seeing as I didn’t think this was too funny and certainly lacked professionalism, I waited until he called out front for my order. I let him know that maybe he should think before he speaks. He looked at me, laughed and I walked out.
I won’t be back. Ever. There was more seasoning than cheese on the breadsticks and if this is how they want to conduct business then I am sure that I can find somewhere else to spend my money.
