If I could give this company no stars that would be best.
I called to get a quote and the nasty-attitude lady who answered the phone had a problem when she answered. I wasn’t sure if I was calling a personal cell phone or a company because all I heard was «hello»? I asked if this was the cleaning company and she replied with «I said the name but you didn’t hear» (imagine this being said with a funky attitude).
No thanks… not going to give my business to people who don’t even know how to answer the phone. Too bad, because this could possibly be a great company but I’ll never know.
I refuse to give my money to people who are not pleasant in their job. If she was having an off day she could have responded with «I’m sorry ma’am…»
