Great service friendly staff that gets your drinks super quick. Only downside is size for the Starbucks is on the smaller side

I’ve been to Starbuck’s locations all over the country and I can honestly say that this one has the worst customer service of any Starbucks I’ve been too This morning I walked in and there were two people at the cash registers. I stood in front of both of them they didn’t knowledge me or look at me turn their back’s and walked away. I felt so welcome. This consistently happens to the point that we actually are starting to go to the Starbucks west of us avoiding this one because the service is so terrible.

I absolutely hate giving bad reviews but this is one of THE worst Starbucks on the planet! I will make a point to drive 2 miles extra to avoid going to this location even though it is on the way to work. EVERY single time I have been here, something has been wrong. Expect to wait 15 minutes in the drive-through. If they run out of their classic sweetener expect to get sugar granules in your iced coffee without being told(gross!). When they forget to add cream to your coffee, they will be very annoyed when corrected and then when you find your order is STILL incorrect and you go inside to politely correct them don’t expect a smile or even an apology(and seriously it will STILL not be what you ordered). My order is pretty simple… Venti Iced coffee w cream and 1 pump of classic. I truly have never experienced any Starbucks or business for that matter with such a lack of care, concern and training. Avoid this place if you can!

Although it’s crowded in the morning, if you just park and go in its a lot faster. I love their Chai tea latte, hot or cold.

By far my favorite Starbucks location in the northwest suburbs. The staff is incredibly pleasant and extremely efficient. It’s so refreshing to see a Starbucks staff that actually believes in customer service! They consistently enjoy providing customers a great experience. Credit to the managers for recognizing the significance of a pleasant experience and making sure each employee embraces that approach! I appreciate the extra effort the entire staff gives to maintain its excellent efficiency during busy hours. It’s without a doubt the reason I give them my business. Thank you! Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a place to consistently get your coffee every morning before work, look no further. Negatives: — Parking lot traffic during busy hours.

This place is seriously amazing. The entire staff is awesome! Especially Savannah and Andrew!!! They are always friendly, quick, polite and happy! Most importantly, it’s the only Starbucks around that makes my drink *just* how I like it, every time… without fail. This Starbucks is the BEST!

I’ve gone through a whirlwind of feelings about this Starbucks. But, I am very happy to say that this location has improved immensely. The service is MUCH faster than it used to be(it still has it’s slower days but who doesn’t?) They always get my drink right now and the staff is always helpful. April is awesome, she’s always helpful and nice. So glad this place has improved… I can now say I’m a regular and go there pretty much every day on my way to work!

Since this experience I have gone out of my way to get Starbucks and am still disappointed by the lack of hard work. The people they hire at these places are useless. It seems as though they go through no training at all. They all just kind wing it. I’m so over Starbucks. I’m boycotting.

Cute little Starbucks. Knocked a star for lack of seating and another for the loud a** trains that roll through frequently — makes for a fun conversation, haha. Other than that, it’s Starbucks as usual. Added back a star, because one of the baristas drew a sweet duck on my cup. Made my night! :)

I continue to be very unimpressed with this location. I’ve been enjoying the new holiday drink, the Chestnut Praline latte, but it’s been made so much better at other locations. Here, it comes out bitter, and you can barely taste the«chestnut praline». On top of this, there is a regular who comes to the drive-thru in this store, and she can’t seem to figure out where the line ends, so she just barges in, nearly hitting other cars in the process(including my own). Several customers have complained, but they’ve said nothing to this woman or done anything about it. The last thing anyone needs is to get into a car accident at the drive-thru when they’re on their way to work. Lastly, and this is more of a personal grievance: We were organizing a local themed garage sale, something fun for the community. We asked if we could put up a flyer on the tackboard, but were cut off in mid sentence and told that only not-for-profit events could be posted there. Seemed sort of strange to me, since garage sales don’t exactly bring in a ton of money, and this was a themed one, done more for fun and getting rid of stuff than turning a buck. I mentioned this to the completely uninterested girl behind the counter and I was again cut off and told«we just don’t do that». As we were leaving, however, we saw at least two flyers tacked up there that were for events in which a small fraction of the proceeds went to charity, but it was otherwise FORPROFIT. And they were ALL professional events put on by mega-corporations. So much for community involvement!

Horrible place. I am not a big fan of Starbucks. However that is not the reason why I gave it a 1⁄5 star rating. Recently, this Starbucks location starting employing young oblivious high school students who are poorly under trained and simply lack the«hard-work» mentality needed for any job. Messing up orders, lack of manners, and complete unawareness of daily operations are just a few of the reasons why I believe this Starbucks is getting out of hand. The management team needs to rectify the situation.

Listening to me order, evidently, is hilarious! Yes, I’ll have a Latte with Vanilla, with almond milk… decaf. Oh what size? Medium, please. «I’m sorry, we don’t have almond milk, ma’am.» DOUBLEWAMMY! You don’t have almond milk and you called me «ma’am»? You’re a brave little Starbucks Soldier, aren’t ya?! ;) This location does not have the Tazo chai tea in the tin that I was looking for last night, but the clean atmosphere, the helpful employees and the FAST service makes them an ideal location for me to visit when I’m looking for something a little fancier than a can of ginger ale. Oh yeah, I’m an old lady!

I’m giving this place 3 stars because the morning/mid day crew is great and I love having a local coffee place. However, the evening crew: WOW. Learn to prioritize. Drive through… forget about it. 5 minutes or more even if there is only one car ahead of you. I say they make my simple drink(nothing steamed or cold/blended) correct 80% of the time. It only takes seconds to pour an espresso shot. All you have to do is hit a button. Its not like the old school way of putting the grounds in the scoop and having to tap it down. It should be idiot proof. When I go in. The staff is preoccupied with chatting quietly to each other with their head sets. The people who operate the bar seem to only be able to make one drink at at time. That’s crap. I used to be a barista at Starbucks and I was a rock star behind that bar. Multi-task people! I normally give service people a break, but this is ridiculous. This isn’t a downtown Chicago location. The shift supervisor at night is nice but the rest of the people don’t really seem to care.

Nice Starbucks — two stars for location/parking/size but four stars for staff/friendliness. Pretty typical location that has all the regulars — same good pastry selections and great coffee. There are only a few tables inside though, so you may have to move on with your goods. Very long drive-up line, but that says something for their quality and service. Tiny parking lot that interferes with the drive-up line … so that could have been thought out better. But they have enough staff to move you through pretty quickly. Nice place.

Starbucks, the only place where people consistently pay over $ 3 for things you can make at home for a quarter. Well, whatever, it’s a good neutral place to hang out and catch up with an old friend over iced peach green tea($ 3.84 for a venti, ouch). Oh but wait, it’s right next to a railroad crossing. I hope you like incessantly screaming«WHAT!?!» But what the hey, I’m just glad my little sleepy town got a Starbucks. Maybe with 8000 Miles and Linfred Winery, we’ll be known for more than«being next to Bloomingdale or Schaumburg»

Not sure why this shop has any negative reviews, oh well. I always have a fine time when I come to this location. Granted I’m in a great mood since 99% of the time I was downing some wine just before I ordered my coffee. Still, the staff seem friendly, they make the drinks well and the bathroom is always clean. There’s outdoor seating in the warmer months. Great job folks. Keep it up.
