Sugarcube

We had used Sugar Cube for our wedding cake a few years ago. It was a wonderful experience.
Alefiyah (the owner and baker) made us a chocolate cake with nuetella mousse filling and an almond cake with raspberry and vanilla bean butter cream filling.
Both cakes were moist and delicious.
What made this place extra special is when we did our tasting she prepared many different combinations for us to sample. She helped guide our cakes to get the proper taste we desired.
She even delivered to our venue in perfect condition before the event.
I cannot recommend Sugar Cube enough. Alefiyah was friendly, helpful, went above and beyond what we expected, and worked well within our budget. The cakes were the hit of our reception.
Since there was no cake left after the event, on our anniversary I came back and asked sugar cube to remake the almond raspberry cake. Not only was the anniversary cake as delectable as before, but Alefiyah also make the anniversary cake look like the tiered wedding cake from before.

Sugarcube is the best! My friend ordered cookies from sugarcube for her husbands birthday and I was so impressed with how they turned out! Not only were they delicious, but they were very creatively done, like something you would find on Pinterest. I have tasted sugarcube on multiple occasions in the form of cookies, cakes, and cupcakes and it never ceases to amaze! My husband is a fan as well. Sugarcube all the way!

I recently placed an order for a cake at Master’s Sugarcube in Roselle for a birthday. The order process was easy, delivery was punctual, and the cake itself was delicious. The baker went above and beyond any expectations. I thought I was ordering just a cake, but what came out was an elaborate work of art, including items like chocolate covered strawberries at no extra cost. The baker is very personable, and makes the whole experience feel like your ordering from a friend rather than a company.

I was lucky enough to try a couple of these cakes at my friends birthday party and was blown away at the styling and depth of flavor of her cakes. I asked where she got them and she told me about Sugarcube. We had two cakes, one was a biscoff flavored white cake with maybe a buttercream frosting? I don’t know much about cakes but it was absolutely fantastic. The cake itself was moist and unique in flavor. The second was a Nutella and strawberry cake. Expertly done and had that wow factor when you looked at it.
I generally don’t like cake, but I found myself getting seconds and then even thirds. If you ever need a dessert made for anyone look no further than Sugarcube, you won’t be disappointed.
