great!!! great! great customer service! staff is so friendly and funny. every time i go i have a good time chatting and i always walk out 100% satisfied. my fav sprint store. trust me you wont be disappointing with the service :)

The customer service of this store has changed for the worst. People once came into the store because of a hard working and smart sales rep named Noe Zaragoza. He has since left the store and so has the quality of the store’s service. If you need to solve any service issues or are considering signing up with Sprint then go directly to the Sprint store nearby at the Montebello TownCenter next to JCPenny and ask for Cris Arraes. She is the store manager there and her service is great!

Terrible service employees have no clue what’s going on, just trying to sell as many items as possible for commission.“Worst experience ever”

Want an Iphone 6s plus in Rose Gold come and see them. They are Privately own so the customer care is much better than Corporate stores. I enjoyed coming here. They were the only store that had it available in all Los Angeles County. I called about 23 stores. Great Customer service. I suggest you make an appointment because they will take their time to help each customer the best they can.

Hands down the best upgrade experience I have had since my Sony Ericsson X10 back in high school.
After an absolutely terrible experience at the Montebello Mall Sprint store I popped on over to Kami Buffet to cool off then found myself at the Walnut Grove Sprint store.
The staff was cordial as most are when you first enter and two hours or so later I walked out with my iPhone 6.
Yerald Batres, the assistant manager, Noe and Tania, the sales consultants truly defined what customer service is all about. I never felt so comfortable making a purchase in my life. This will be the Sprint store of choice from now on.

The workers here are nosy as f***… They gossip about the customers the second they walk out the door in front of other customers… Not just the employees even the manager was taking jabs at the lady. Then they were laughing about how they sent her to a different Sprint store because they didn’t want to help her. They’re rude, immature, and pathetic. I guess though they have to fill their time up in between the 10 customers they get a day.

Just going to make this quick… They actually add a service charge to pay for your cell phone bill if done in the store… shenanigans, I say. Paying a fee that is an industry standard at all other places. Next month. I’ll just pay it over the phone. Oh yeah… they only accept cash for payment. I understand you’re located in the SGV, but the under the table standard is, you hook me up with a cheaper rate cause I’m paying you with cash in hand.

If you’re like me and have been wanting to jump on the iphone bandwagon but find Verizon and AT&T too expensive, then Sprint is for you! And if you don’t know where to go to sign up, then this is a good place to start (ask for Verial pronounced like Ariel but with V).
I came to this location because it was closest to my home, despite the one star and bad service rating, I decided that I wanted my phone more than I cared about how the reps will treat me. I seriously came in with the expectation that the sales reps were going to be jerks, but I was completely taken my surprise. They were very helpful, they answered all my questions, tolerated my sister’s nonsense, taught me how to use my phone and transfer all my contacts. They also told me about their buy back program and AAA (10% off) and Costco membership discounts (23% off). After finding out the discount will be applied to my monthly bill, I was absolutely floored, but unfortunately I was not a member of either AAA or Costco. But I did ask if I became a member later on will they be able to add the discount, and surprisingly, they could. They also told me that it may take up to two billing cycles to process the discount, but it only took one. I saw the discount right away. Now I get unlimited everything for the price of $ 70/​month. Where do you find a deal like that? Not at Verizon, not at AT&T and not even at T-​mobile which doesn’t even carry the iphone. And for those of you who are still iffy about Sprint’s reception, let me just say, it has been impeccable, I get full bars and 3G almost everywhere and LTE in Pasadena and Arcadia.

I cannot believe that this place has a one star, my sister got her plan here I didn’t because I use verizon. Well anyways back to the point, the sales rep and tech guy were both very nice and funny and very patient. The sales rep Uriel helped explain everything to my sister about her contract and explained every detail about her new phone because she is apple stupid =P and even told us about the costco discount. WOW its really really awesome because you get 23% back if you have a costco card, so super worth it. She saves like $ 20 a month with insurance for her phone and in the end her plan ends up cheaper than what was advertised. SOOOO worth getting the phone here because they are super nice and friendly people.
Only bad thing is that this place is located right next to subways and it just seriously makes you want to go next store and buy a foot long sandwich.

Bad service, order a replacement phone, said they will call me when it arrives. Never called, lost my transaction, lucky i had my copy or i would never got refund that tooks days to get back. Dont trust this store, go somewhere else.
