Never again! The serving sizes are a joke at this location… I’ve posted a picture on how small the serving sizes are

Look, Panda Express isn’t the best Chinese fast food nor is it the worst. It gets the job done for under $ 10 and that’s that. I do appreciate it when I stop by a Panda Express and the food taste hot and fresh. Unfortunately this location doesn’t deliver that satisfaction. I came hungry and left disgusted by the food they served. The food I received was cold and unappetizing. When I mentioned this issue to the employee his immediate reaction was to tell me that the food just doesn’t «appear fresh» but in actuality it is. I honestly think they are just too lazy or cheap to make new entrees for those that don’t sell quickly. I took his word for it. Let’s get down to details: 1. Chef Special: black bean chicken, 90% skin and fat, 10% meat. Pretty disgusting if you ask me. 2. Beijing Beef: Not hot, not warm but cold… 3. Fried rice: Average, nothing special 4. Noodles: ¾th vegetable and celery, not sure if I was eating a salad here. I brought this issue up to Anthony, the manager, he said it is not possible the food was cold, I told him to try it himself which he refused. He only replaced the noodles. Someone else who dined with me confirmed that the food was indeed cold, upon talking to the manager again he said it must be because the line was long but that isn’t their problem. So is that the customers problem?! Get real here Panda.

1st time at this location. The staff was incredibly polite and super friendly. The food was delicious and the restaurant was super clean. After a long, hard day at work it’s nice to be greeted so nicely. Keep up the good work!

Definitely, one if the best Panda Expresses out there. The food is always fresh and coming out; so maybe that’s why quality is great. Had the orange chicken and walnut shrimp and both entrees were flavorful and tasty. I also decided to get 3 pieces of cream cheese ragoons and those were ONPOINT! Will definitely comeback and try other entrees for this location.

The food looks so pretty here! All the dishes are glistening on display. Even after they are scooped into our dishes, they are still very shiny. It just shows how fresh and oily the food is. Sometimes you get the orange chicken that has been dried out at certain Panda Express, but not this one. They have so many customers coming to this place, they have to dish out fresh servings all day. After all, the headquarters is right next door. I will not need to name all the dishes, because they are all good. They changed their plates. Before it was a styrofoam take out box, now it is a plastic container with a see-through lid. Fancy. The best part is the drive through. They are so fast at making your order, once you put it in, it will be ready once you approach the window. Service is good. Environment is enjoyable. Like an upscale fast food joint.

I go to this location a lot since I work walking distance away, and I would think that because it’s located next to the company headquarters it would be on point. I’ve been quite a few times and been served rice that is not cooked properly, it’s still very hard and chewy. Today was the worst of them all, I took a bite of orange chicken only to see that the chicken was RAW inside. Unfortunately I already swallowed the bite and I am now paying the price.

I have been coming to this Panda Express for two years now and was surprised to see that they have a drive thru. I learned this is the training location, which explained why they had fish at this location prior to others. Location gets very busy during the week lunch time rush with all the businesses surrounding the area. Food seems to above average compared to other locations.

I go to pandas all the time, but I’ve never been to this one because it’s far from my neighborhood in Atwater village. I was really charmed by how genuinely pleasant all of the employees were, and how naturally they seemed to exhibit quality customer service. Not enough to people stop to review a casual positive experience, so it should be noted how great the folks working today were. Such a quick visit for lunch, but such a positive experience. Thanks! :)

I got a deal online buy one combo get one free, which I did. Order it and pick it up at designated time. Johnny the cashier was very friendly & helpful. But the quantity of food was very minimal. Good was fresh but quantify seem like they were counting the pieces of Beijing beef 6 to be honest. Would I come back probably not.

This is my favorite Panda Express location. They are always busy which means the food is always fresh. My favorite items are the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Shanghai Angus Steak, Chow Mein, and Fried Rice. Every week, they have a chef’s special. If you are ever at the restaurant, keep your eyes peeled for the Chicken Curry, Pork Chop, or Lion’s Head Meatball(no it’s not real lion meat, it’s pork). The Chicken Curry is my absolute favorite chef’s special! The chicken is stewed for over 4 hours, bringing out all the delicious flavor and making the meat nice and tender. It is(no lie!) my favorite chicken curry! The restaurant is conveniently located next to the corporate office which means they have plenty of support and executives coming to check on the quality. I love the fact they have a drive-thru that’s highly efficient — perfect for rainy days or days where I’m in a rush. They have outside seating w/jumbo umbrellas in case you want to enjoy your meal in the nice sunny weather or with your furry four-legged companion. They are located in a huge Walmart plaza, so there’s plenty of free parking. If you need cash, there’s a Wells Fargo next door, but don’t worry, they take credit cards too =)

All Chinese fast food sucks. Considering this is a chain, I really like their food. I am really snobby about Chinese food especially here in the San gabriel valley because we have so many awesome places to eat, but for americanized Chinese food that is clean, it is hard to beat this place. I frequent this place a lot because I get my shopping done at Walmart then come here or heck out the game stop next door. It is also on the way to the 60 freeway. What is cool about this fast food place is that they have tvs so you can watch sports. I typically eat alone, so this helps me slow down and enjoy myself.

Panda has lost its taste. Use to be a big fan… But today is my last time. #RIP the original flavor is long gone. Kung Pao chicken has no flavor, friend rice flavor is gone, and the service. Top it off they forgot to give me my fork lol

Best panda in my opinion. Maybe it’s because this location is next to the corporate. THERE’S A DRIVETHRU! Say what? I feel like the food is a little more fresh than other location. I’d recommend the Beijing beef. 3 stars for the food +1 for the drive thru

Despite sharing a parking lot with Wal-Mart, this restaurant was filled with nice, friendly people & a cheerful, warm staff. I especially enjoyed Steph’s friendly smile as she meticulously tidied up as patrons departed. :-) The food was seriously fresh, and it was wonderful to see a restaurant turn on television subtitles rather than blast a cacophony of radio & television. Glad we came, & will come again. :-)

I’ve only eaten here less than a handful of times, but I always drive-thru! Service is great, and smooth. I love the orange chicken here, it’s never NOT good. I can’t say I get much of anything else, but their orange chicken is always on crispy. Line does get super long at lunch, but it dies down quick. It’s a pretty large sized panda express compared to other locations. This is my go to panda express!

Normally when I eat panda it is pretty satisfying. But this location made me not want to eat panda anymore. I always hear my friends complain about the portions that they gave, saying it was too little. I had never mind because I knew you were getting better quality food then other Chinese fast food restaurants. So, I went to this panda for lunch yesterday. Order the three item combo with mushroom chicken, Beijing beef and hot and sour soup. The chicken beef was good. But the really bad items we’re the noodles and hot and sour soup. The noodles tasted really burnt and flavorless. And the hot and sour soup had no flavor in it. I always finish my soup when I go to panda but yesterday I took like 3 sips and threw it away.

One of the better Panda Expresses I have been to in my lifetime. I am assuming this Panda location is held to higher standards because it is right around the corner from the corporate Panda Express office. They have flat paper entrée containers instead of your usual white Styrofoam containers. The presentation of the entrée choices is clean and flawless. There are no spilled sauces and everything seem very fresh. Everything is made to the customer’s liking here. ie: I love panda express’s mushroom chicken. 99% of the panda express franchises I have been to, the mushroom chicken wok is filled with zucchini, so much you don’t get an even ratio of chicken and mushroom. Here at this particular location, only 25% of the wok is filled with zucchini while chicken and mushroom compromise the remainder of the wok. Is this the best Chinese«fast food» I have ever eaten? Of course not. But for Panda Express lovers, this might be their best location yet!

Came here to pick up some food for my friends baby shower on Saturday, the store manger was wonderful. He explained the order and which bag to be careful with. You can customize orders of your request, given they have the ingredients. He even helped put it in my car without me lifting a finger. When we opened the containers, everything was all neatly stored with barely any leaks. They gave us plenty of utensils, napkins and fortune cookies. The fortune cookies are a must. Best part was the food, yummy and tasty. The vegetables wete still crispy and fresh. All the dishes were yummy and everyone enjoyed themselves. I personally have 3 plates and ate it all. Overall, great service and food makes this girl a happy one. Now, if I had any catering, I would have a place to depend on. Fast, easy and helpful from the beginning to the end.
