The food is great the only thing that bother me was that they ask me if I could wait 5 min for the t-chicken I was okay with it. But as soon as the lady gave it to me I was starving Id looked at the chicken and I was maybe it just looks burn but it would taste different nope it tasted burn, yeah I’m pretty sure she could of at least grab the ones that weren’t that burn! FYI I didn’t go back to change it first I’m pretty sure that the rest was the same and second I was with kids!

This place gave me food poisoning! I ordered the kung pao chicken, chow mein & broccoli beef & I got so sick I was throwing up! I don’t recommend this Panda Express retailer. Don’t go!

place gave me the runs. all I had was orange chicken+beef and broccoli with a side of chow mein. I don’t usually order orange chicken here and now I know why. I won’t be eating here any time soon until I recover from my session with my toilet. save yourself a trip to the restroom and also a couple of dollars on actual food.

Eh. Customer service wasn’t all that great. Orange chicken was good. My fortune cookie was stale though. And the fact that Panda Express is more on the expensive side for fast food, yea 3 stars is fine.

This place is horrible!!! The manager Michael is a kid. Horrible customer service experience they keep you waiting. Always out of food they never apologize and when you want to make a complaint and you ask for the store number they give you the wrong store number I actually had a go to the Montebello customer service area to get the right store number for that panda at the Montebello Towne center. Horrible place.

They kept a huge line waiting for about 10 minutes because the orange chicken was not ready. So I waited and waited. I ordered orange chicken, fried ride, and angus steak(cost extra). So then minutes have passed and the orange chicken was FINALLY ready. Turns out they gave my order to someone else. So the worker had to make me a new one. But she added chow main orange chicken and fried rice. I really hate chow main. So I told her I didn’t want chow main. So she gave me friend rice and orange chicken. She told me if I wanted something else other than the angus steak and I said no because I paid extra for it. She told me I had to wait a little bit longer. I didn’t want to wait anymore so I told her to just give me the beef and broccoli. So she did and told me to come back in 5 mins for the angus steak. I went to get a table and ate for a bit. Then 10 minutes have passed so I went back to get my angus steak. It was already ready so that’s a good thing. But ugh the wait and getting orders wrong. –__– plus a lot of people were waiting for a long time too and I AMSURE they got their orders wrong.

Probably the best thing you can say about this food-court Panda Express is that it’s cheaper than an airport Panda Express. The food’s not that great, but at least you get a decent amount of it. The service was surprisingly good. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and gave me a free sample even after I’d placed my order. Of course, she was also pushing the 99 cent egg-rolls pretty hard to everyone in line. Panda Express is by no means great, but at least it’s consistent. You know what you’re getting into.

Blah blah americanized chinese food. Get with the program, everything’s americanized here. You want real authentic chinese food? Go to china. Seriously, everything gets inspired with a little american influence here. Panda express is good fast food imo. And last I remembered orange chicken was a chinese american dish, so if you’re getting that at chinese places… Guess that’s not authentic. You got to be really against anything mixed with american to hate this place, or just not like chinese food in general.

I don’t like any Panda Express’ the food is just awful and drenched in fat and sodium. It’s also very expensive. And to those who think this is chinese food, it’s not. It is heavy american-chinese, americanized, american inspired, american american chinese food. lol

If you want real AUTHENTIC Chinese food, don’t come here. It’s so Americanize to the fullest! Taste like crap, not worth the time nor the money! It deserves — stars! but Unilocal forces you to place at least ONE!
